Easy one way drop off. Final billing was nor very understanding. But from our first day my self and my wife that are 71 got sick. Had to add days to TRAILER and 26 ft. Truck. But U haul on the phone was wonderful to deal with also. Had to call number of times to add days to our rentals. Being sick and loading at 71 years old. But U haul always was there.Rick T.

I had reservations for a 26ft truck. When we arrived the truck wasn't there and they only gave us a 20ft. We had to make 3 trips instead of 1. We got charged an additional 82 for mileage for their mess up! I've used uhaul in the past with no problems.Lindsey T.

The truck was terrible. It was totally out of alignment. To go straight the steering wheel had to be at a 45 degree angle. How did this translate on the road? Both hands white knuckled to the wheel for 1300 miles while the cab bounced up and down the whole way. Could not go over 65 mph or the cab bounced so bad it was hard to control. Maintain your vehicles please. Very disappointed & not happy at all with this experience.Thomas N.

Let customers know they should go ahead and choose a drop off location otherwise UHaul will send you a text and choose for you. Then you will face long wait times and difficulties when trying to call 1-800-uhaul to reach a scheduler. Only a scheduler can make changes to a reservation or face additional fees. It all worked out in the end, but it was a tedious and lengthy process that took several days to complete.Joseph H.

This was my first experience with having to rent a truck to move. I really hope to stay here and never move again. When I rented the U-Haul I was quoted one price and paid that price however when I returned it I was charged and additional $130 without being told so no I would not recommend this particular U-Haul location to anyone ever and I will never use them again myselfmark F.

My pickup reservation was at 8:30am. The uhaul employee didn't get there until 9:10am. Very poor customer service. I felt like we were rushed because we got a later start because we didn't get the truck til 9:15.Justin K.

We were told to back up the trailer and drop it in any open space. There were no spaces and no assistant in the lot. Therefore, we had no choice but to drop it in the middle of the lot. There was one man at the counter inside and another just sitting in a chair. No one outside.Steven S.

Reserved a truck, furniture dolly, and moving pads. App told me to find a kit lockbox number that did not exist. Key was not in a box at all, it was hidden in the truck with no information to tell me how or where to find it. Photos of the truck on the app did not match and were a different truck entirely. I was NOT given a dolly or pads, and I was STILL charged for them both! Location stole my money for services that we're promised, confirmed via U-Haul, but never fulfilled. U-Haul support guaranteed me I would not be charged for a dolly and pads since I didn't get them and was stranded with no way to move furniture without a dolly, and was still charged again. Absolutely appalling, incompetent, and unacceptable. This was a simple task, no excuse for this.Daniel B.
My reservation was changed to this location which was 25 miles further away from my home and the destination I was traveling to. This resulted in my trip being over the allotted miles and overage charges. I received a text message the night before saying I would be contacted and never received a call. My online reservation still indicated I was to pick up at the location I specified in my original reservation but when I called and spoke with the customer service agent (who was extremely nice) she notified me of the updated location.Justin W.

I originally had my reservation for MAD Equipment Company, on E John Rowan, however when I arrived the rental was not yet returned, in which they are supposed have â€˜reservation guarantee'. They switched me to this location and set me in a rental immediately, friendly as fast. Still got everything moved in a my hours of reservation even with an hour late start at no fault of my own. The truck cabin was dirty and the exterior was covered in snow. The lot was icy due to a recent storm and could be difficult to get out of. Other than those things which are mostly related to the weather, this location was fine.Louis S.

The locations were fine and the people there were also accommodating unless they were lying about their roles in the rental process. My problems are with UHaul. I reserved the trailer and locations well in advance and did the early check in which means I had already paid for the thing. I had email confirmations on everything but I had not heard from anyone at the location where I was supposed to pick up the trailer and the email communications suggested that I would. I called the facility about 5 hours before I was supposed to pick the thing up and they had no trailer and no idea who I was. After speaking with them and spending 40 minutes on hold with UHaul service I was told that I would have to drive to another city to pick up the trailer. Same thing happened when I arrived at my destination. When I went to take the trailer back to the reserved location 2 miles away I suddenly found out that I again was supposed to drive to another city to drop off the trailer. They added well over 100 miles of driving to my pickup and drop-off and never even communicated that to me. This has to be the worst service I've ever seen. They let you reserve a spot and take your money but then don't bother provide what they've agreed to or even let you know. If I had shown up at the agreed place at the agreed time I would've probably not been able to make it to the other location to pick up the trailer and my entire moving schedule would've been wrecked. All three location employees I spoke with suggested that this wasn't even out of the ordinary so I guess it happens to a lot of people. It won't happen to me again as I'm not going to rely on UHaul to provide their agreed services again.Travis H.

When arriving, we were told that the Uhaul representative was not there yet. After waiting for 10 minutes in the car, I called Uhaul only for them to tell me that the person was inside and waiting for us. We were never contacted to see if we were there or to come inside. Once inside, the man was very abrupt. I would not return to this location.Margaret D.
