All good. Desk attendant showed up late. It delayed us a bit. My only suggestion is for the attendent to arrive and open promptly at 9am..thanks
Jeff LBad service. Our truck leaked and damaged our belongings. U-Haul has not responded back to us.

Edmund JTrailer was fine - however, tires were both dangerously under-inflated, but this was only noticeable under a load. When I checked, one tire had 9psi - it was supposed to be up to 65. Overall the ease and friendliness of the staff was great, but please make sure the safety measures aren't overlooked.

Harold HI had requested pads when I booked the reservation as I was moving musical equipment. When I arrived, I was told there were none. On a trip to the bathroom, I discovered pads in a back room. We were charged for 5 dozen when there were only 3,5 dozen. I had requested 10 dozen.
Darren LI used the rental truck to move my Stepduagter and family from Santa Clara Ca to Ocean WA. The trip covered almost 1700 miles. The truck performed excellent. I had no issues at all. Lots of hills and it pulled fine even when completely loaded. It averaged abot 10,1-10,3 mpg. Wish it was better but for big truck it was expected.

Leslie DThere is no clear marked office. The u-haul return is in one area, and the key drop off is in an entirely different area on the block next door. When I returned the keys, there was no check in or out, just "thanks. I'll check it in". So I got to stress about the time, miles, gas in the tank, etc.
kirsten CI was not happy with my rental due to the fact of how the charges me a late fee when I told the lady at the counter I'm need until the next day! In the evening of me renting the U-Haul I went into let her now that I'm going to be dropping it off the next day!

Jake BPerson at Ocean Shores did not check the trailer in when returned on 7/15 although saying he would after trailer was disconnected. Contacted UHaul # 253.859.3729 early AM 7:16 to determine why no confirmation email was received 7/16. This # called me originally to say trailer was not where requested so was in my phone log. Representative said would determine cause & return my call by 9:30. When they failed to call back, I called again @ 10:10 & was told that it wasn't their responsibility & I should call 360.356.1577 to resolve. Representative at this number told me they would try to contact Ocean Shores location but couldn't provide when trailer would be checked in. Drove back to Ocean Shores location after this call and waited in person again for check in. Do you consider this satisfactory customer service?

sam EWasn't sure if I was at the right place. Lots of U-Hauls but no office or sign pointing to an office. Had to walk entire length of a long hotel, unknowingly if it was the right place, entered lobby and no where did I see U-Haul. I asked the clerk and he politely confirmed and said just leave the key. I felt a little unsure so I checked- in the truck online to be prudent.

Rick BIt is basically a hotel lobby - sometimes there is someone to help and sometimes not. Many cars in the parking area for trailers so I had to leave it in an odd place. The app and web site is a complete joke for managing returns - tons of spam mail that would either not open or give an error message when I got to the site.
Ralph KThe cab of the truck was pretty dirty. I couldn't use the cup holders because they were filthy. There was garbage in the cab from the last person. I don't think the back was swept before I got it. We found 4 screws and a few shards of glass.

Harold HI got charged for an extra 10 miles because I drove out of my way to be sure the fuel tank was full( actually above where I picked it up by 1/4 tank) . I gave you at least 30 dollars in extra fuel to be charged 10 extra miles. That's just leaving a bad taste in my mouth for 10 dollars in u- hauls pocket. I made you money in fuel but took 10 dollars in miles from me. Hope that's worth the 10 dollars in customer dissatisfaction ?
greg sThe people checking out the equipment scheduled me for 2 drop off locations and I had to spend 45 minutes on the phone to get it corrected. The guy hooking up the equipment told me to do it and when I asked for safety chains for the transport trailer he said I didn't need them. He also spoke to me about his personal life that was on appropriate conversation.

Christine MGreat location, however it isn't close to me. The last 3 times I had to go there because they are the only location to have a car trailer. But otherwise they are great ambassadors to U-HAUL. They never make me wait and are always very courteous and helpful.
Robert BDrop off was quick and easy, and followup confirmation was immediate, no stress and very professional.
Clinton ATruck was not there when we went to pick up but gal at front desk was very professional & helpful. Grateful that we were able to pick up the truck in Ocean Shores and not have to drive into Aberdeen. Saved us a lot of time.
