Easiest transaction I have ever done. The person was friendly, quick, and very adept at his job. He had the truck out front ready to go before we got there. Provided us an easy return spot. Wonderful, wonderful transaction.
KELLY ZSwitched my pickup location.wirhout telling me, which added miles for me to pay for. Then new location called me at 415 and said she's leaving because she hasn't had a lunch break but yet they close at 5pm. Wanted me to rush over and pick the truck up. Then charged me an extra day when I returned the truck 1 day ahead of schedule.

ROBERT KI'm writing to dispute the recent $25 cleaning fee and mileage overage charges on my truck rental. When I picked up the vehicle, it was already dirty and the gas tank was low. I made sure to return the truck in the same condition I received it. Additionally, I noticed I was only allotted 35 miles, yet my destination was 48 miles away. I wasn't made aware of such a limited mileage allowance - especially considering I rented the same kind of truck just a month ago with unlimited miles and in far better condition. Lastly, I returned the truck using the drop box, as no staff were present to verify the condition with me. I kindly request that the cleaning fee and mileage overage be waived, given the circumstances. Please let me know how you will resolve this matter.

PAUL WI did a self drop off. Not very much room to maneuver once you turn into the drop off location. I use to drive Fire Engines, Ladder Trucks and airfield firefighting trucks so it was easy for me but someone else would have struggled
Michael PAlthough I rated the equipment as well maintained it was a bit beat… but I understand there’s a lot of folks who don’t know how to treat vehicles/ equipment The unit I rented could either use a major overhaul mechanical and cosmetic it did work as intended.

WILLIAM AOceana Self Storage is my favorite location for my storage units are here and makes things more accessible to work. Vehicles are always clean and ready. Unfortunately they no longer have a pick up truck for me to use for my trailer, which makes me have to use the South Plaza location for such vehicle. Staff is always pleasant.

ADAM DI'm always greeted with a smile and treated with the upmost respect. The equipment is clean and smells good and everybody in the office are easy to deal with when scheduling issues arise. I have recommended them and will recommend them again and again.

MELISA JWhen I picked up the U-Haul, it was a quarter of a tank shy of a full tank, but when I return, the car only used a quarter of a tank, but they charged me for half a tank gas… And if you pick up the car at five and you bring it back at five they charge you an extra $20 Because they're closed what's the mobile thing you should be paying me $20 to check out my car… The guy is cool. The woman is really rude and doesn't know her job.

TAUREAN LOceana Self Storage is my preferred U-Haul location. They way Ron,(manager) takes care of customers to provide a pleasant experience, unlike a few other locations I have dealt with.

Katara RMileage charge is quite high compared to other vendors. The 19,99 price is great but with even low mileage the spend becomes substantial. With filling the truck and the mileage charge it seemed expensive. So A+ for service and the UHaul rep was fantastic. But C- for the pricing structure which makes renting quite expensive.

JOHN LI rent U-hauls often for my business. This van was the nastiest rental I have ever experienced. I was told by the manager when I went to pick it up the van was on empty because it had just been brought over from an "impound" lot. If I had not already had obligations I would have never taken it. I was told if I brought it back with a 1/4 tank of gas I would recive $20 credit. The van holds 30 gallons so a 1/4 tank, easy math the 1/4 tank cost $25!!! When I drove off with the van I noticed the windows were open. As I got on the interstate and rolled the windows up I found out why. The smell of dead farm animal was overwhelming. I had to stop and buy cleaning products and Lysol. The van was beyond filthy in the front but it was obvious the smell was coming from the back as well. When I returned the van I told them I did not expect to be charged for this rental. I returned with a 1/4 tank as requested. $10 worth of cleaning. And they still charged my card. U-haul should be ashamed that they would let a vehicle, staight out of impound to be put directly back on the road!!

I had dropped off a uhaul last summer at the same location. You can tell he puts a lot of work and effort into his facility! Would highly recommend!
