GET RUD OF THIS CHICK HIW IS THERE THE WORST DAM IDIOT IVE EVER HAD TO LOOK AT SHE PUT IN THE SYSTEM 2 Days after I turned in trailer and then blamed on me when This idiot called me to find out was trailer there she didn't check her own DAM INVENTORY. INWILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGIN SHE MAKES U WANT TONSLEP THE PISS OUT OF THIS IDIOT. WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NEVER USE THIS PLACE ON NEW BERLIN RD

However, to the credit of the employees, we did receive a call to later that evening after business hours to come in and pick up the truck and trailer. One of the tire straps were broken on the trailer - asked if customer service could notate that in their system which they did - customer service shared that the chain should keep the vehicle in place should the strap not hold - was a potential to cause a hazard - The chain slipped off the tire midway through the move - no incidents or damage reported - The inside of the vehicle was well-maintained. - This was a one-way rental - The drop off location listed on the website and rental documents was incorrect. Was able to locate drop off location by driving around... - Would not have a reason not to recommend this location to a friend, as customer service was excellent, when it worked.
Damycah STry to get over on me by 290$ when I was in town and didn’t even go over 60 miles and I tally paid 80 for pre pay and never went over 80$ worth of miles had to file a bank claim to that location very unprofessional and unreasonable called and called no answer when they did pick up they told me that’s how much the uhaul cost which is crxay being that I did t even go far in my uhaul and put my own gas and left the truck clean and 5 hours early than drop off complete hole in the wall
Leondrel WWhen I received the truck there was no gas in it. I couldn't even start the truck and drive it less than a mile to get gas. I had to get a gas tank from the gas station to then refill the truck to drive it less than a mile.
David CIt did have dirt sand leaves, etc but we swept it clean and now it is A-OK.

Devetria BLocation was not nice, workers were not friendly or helpful at all. They did not check the vehicle we had reserved back in from the previous user, so we had to wait over 20 minutes to get it, they did not give us any instructions about completing the return besides making sure the tank was 1/8 full (which we thought was weird but made sure to do). Now we have a $70 extra charge because their instructions to us were wrong about filling up the gas and we cannot get ahold of the place. When we went to return the rental, the employee left while we were trying to return it and ignored us. I would never step foot in this place ever again and I think management from UHaul needs to get involved.
Morgan SThe pickup truck smelled like someone had smoked marijuana in it, the lady working there was very rude and rude and uncooperative and I used the truck to pull a trailer to my house and they didn't tell me I couldn't pull a trailer. I forgot my hitch was in the receiver and they told me the truck was gone and I couldn't get it back. I will never know ent from them again.
Steven HWe experienced several issues with our initial reservation. Customer service was not helpful. We called and weee transferred 5 times. One representative was extremely rude, another gave us incorrect information, the last wasn't even interested in trying to help us. The site we picked up the truck from had parked it so poorly... It was boxed in from all sides by other uhauls, and it took us 5 minutes just to back it out to leave. We were then charged twice for our reservation.
Matthew CThe truck was clean and staff was helpful. But the truck had a check engine light on (as did the customer before me) when I told the manager, he replied "it's ok. It will be fine" without going to the truck to determine the cause. After my move, as I returned to the uhaul location, the oil pressure light came on. These vehicles need maintenance.

TAMMY DHORRIBLE. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! I'm requesting my money back I get there the lady is nice but place seems shady unkept pretty much a junk yard with scrap cars all over the place. Building needs to be condemned. I thought I only needed about 50-60 miles was told I had to pay for a minimum of 100 miles up front with no refund for the miles I did not use. And just like I said i only used 57 miles and when returning the van they we're trying to charge me another 95 for using 57 miles which lets me know that the additional 100 miles I paid for was not updated in the system and they pretty much got a clean 50 bucks out of me and tried to get the 95 to satisfy their obligations to the U-Haul company. they are scammers. I will be reporting to the better business bureau and requesting ALLLLL of my funds back. Moving can be stressful U-Haul is supposed to be a help not a hindrance. I will NEVER use this location Eve again.

Mark KThey overcharged a few days they don't provide any information and in My opinion should not be renting trucks. I placed a complaint with uhaul and plan to report my credit card for overcharging additional days. They had They keys in their blessed lockbox and they know they are scammers.

Ricardo Athe pick up man was personable and easy to work with. The truck ran rough and had poor suspension. the drop off woman was a bit abrasive.

Assen DI need to know why was I charged more than my contracted amount? I was told 100.03...then 105.00...then I get hit with a charge of 147 and change. Now you hit my account with another $47!!! Why?? I will dispute that charge because it was not on my contract and you all stole that money from me!!

I will never do business with this location again. I suggest Uhaul investigate this location concerning the retention of them as a representative of the company.

Donovan AWe have been going here for a long time. The folks that run it take care of us each time. I read some negative reviews on this business and it disappointed me in the folks that would take the time to potentially affect a small community resource. It's a garage type business that has your back if you can not afford brand new tires or short notice rental of a truck, really oceanway did they need to dust for ya.

QULANA JThis is the most sketchy place . The road to pull in is so uneven and on a hill. The employees/owner (who knows) walks around in a dirty white tank top. There are tractor trailers with trash old furniture piled up like homeless people live here. I understand it's a tire shop but I felt VERY UNSAFE going here.

Karen KThe van was leaking gas from the gas tank. Only drove 40 miles and put 5 gallons in and then was charged another $20 because it was not back at 3/4 of a tank. Called the next day to explain and they could have cared less and told me it was my problem that it wasn't returned to the same level. THE GAS LEAKED OUT!!! Would never go to this location and I have rented from Uhaul for many years. Stay Away!!!

Brian CNo parking for our cars while using the vans. The truck I got was very old and dirty. The AC only had one setting and that was high. I had the van for 3 days and had to drive back to the location every night to pick up my car which caused extra mileage.
