Cary SThe person who was there had no clue on what they were doing. Took close to 45min. for the process. When looking at the photos l, I pointed out some damage to the right front bumper that you could not see in the photo. She took some pictures and said she would upload and to hit approve. When turning in the truck, we were told that was completely wrong and now I waiting on the results of that. Getting the key from the lockbox, I was told I would get the code via email/text, and it never happened. That added more time as she had to get the code.
