The UHAUL office sign was hidden behind a snowbank, because it's so low on the existing sign (for a different business).
This location was FABULOUS
Tammy was very helpful and it was obvious she cared to make my experience a good one.
Office is not in same lot as the trucks. Had a phone number to call. they apologized for the location and said to "just drop the key in the lock box" turned out I was to take pictures of the truck as it was after hours, however the key was in the lock box. Should move or add another lock box the the truck yard. better still add instructions for drop off in the truck.
Easy to find the address and convenient but the actual office location in the building is not. Very icy lot and you have to walk through snow to the back of the building. Better directional signage is required. Fortunately I returned the truck during day light hours. At night it may have been a concern.
The cab was a bit muddy. The area where you pick up the truck was wet and there is no way you could have gotten away with out having a bit of a mess. I was told about it and didn't have a problem with it. Staff was wonderful. Highly recommend this location.

Very icy no salt anywhere dangerous drop off
The lot was full but I found a spot. The employee came over to see if I needed help promptly. I had finished the app process by that time, but she was still friendly enough.
Working windshield wipers and winter tires
Tammy was exceptinally helpful in organizing everything required. Would highly recommend and use this location again. It's nice to have a friendly service that is so convenient nearby! Regards, Stephen

Well, I said I will recommend this location but it's not very good, I guess we don't have another choice up here anyway. The girl who I spoke when I picked it up was fine, she was very quickly and it was easy, but the person who was there when I returned it wasn't the same; she shouldn't be working with customer service. I walked in the location and she was dealing with a customer and another one was waiting already. The problem is, she never looked at my face or said anything to me. So I was quiet waiting for an opportunity to ask her if I need to sign anything to return the trailer, but again, no eye contact or a simple “ hello I'll be with you in a second†nothing. After I was there standing waiting for 15 minutes, I decided to ask her and she said, “no, you don't need to sign anything “. Well I work with customer service for over 30 years and I can tell you she never has a training to how deal with customer. Very disappointed. By the way, this location should have a smaller open trailer.
The location was closed when I returned the vehicle (4pm Saturday) and I had yo return the vehicle on line requiring numerous pictures and responding to numerous questions. I had follow-up questions on the following Monday and was unable to reach the phone number supplied (answering machine). My call was not returned. The attendant on site was helpful but it required me to drive there to contact a real person. Frustrating.

Becareful with Uhaul. Yes the trucks are clean but quite frankly I will not rent with Uhaul ever again. 3 days before our move a representative contacted us to confirm the reservation, truck and location. So we assumed all was good to go. The afternoon BEFORE the day we were supposed to pick up the truck for our move, we got a call saying they didn't have a truck for us and that they had nothing available and then the rep hung up! They offered no explanation and no compensation. I am now reading online this happens often! Just because you reserve a truck, does not mean you *reserved a truck*. They might not have it. Do yourself a favor and actually reserve a truck somewhere else to be save. Don't take the chance. Uhaul completely messed up our move.
Hard to locate the rental office at opposite side of the building from trucks. Need better signage.

Very attentive service.
They were closed as Thanksgiving day return. I wish there had been better signage when arriving, indicating entrance to the UHaul office. Large lot with a large building, many doors. I pulled all before I found the correct door with a drop box for the key which was tucked in the back/side of the building. The drop box was easy to understand. One slot marked for keys and one for dropping in the rental contract. All good. Thank you UHaul. All went smoothly from there.
Found the phone apt confusing. Never did get a copy of my invoice
Easy to park in large drop off area. Operator was kind and helpful and sent email confirm promptly.
Tammy took all the pressure and worry , onto herself and has made our move much more pleasant. Look forward to doing more business with her in the near future

I had issues at the pick up point in Barrie the day day prior to the return of the 26ft truck. I brought the issue of the pick up and fuel dispute to Tammy, and she was down to earth, pleasant and very understanding and helpful in remedying the situation. She cares about Uhaul clients and provided a happy outcome for me. I would absolutely look into using this locations services in the future. If it weren't for her, I would go to another company for my needs.

I wanted and ordered a 20 foot truck in Collingwood. No one phoned to confirm my order on the day!! I was then told to drive one hour to another location which gave me a 26 foot truck which I did not want, then drive it back one hour to my original location! Your business model sucks. Customer's should get what they ordered and paid for, and have it confirmed in a timely manner. I will not use you again or recommend you
I was to pick-up the truck Sat. Aug.29th @ noon in Meaford. Got a call Thursday to change to Collingwood & time change to 1:30PM. I waited another 1hr as the truck did not get returned until 230PM. I returned the truck 24hrs early & was still charged $13.00 for gas. I would have expected some $$$ back, not a surcharge.
This was the best transaction I have had with a U-Haul service. I won't attempt to suggest improvements. Willy
