Customer Service Staff was awesome. One of the easiest pickup experiences I've ever had with UHaul.

Lorie CIt was a nightmare, trying to find a trailer or actually trying to find a dealer that spoke English. Most of them are Indian owned and run, and they do not speak any English.

Adrian MI didn't catch her name, but the lady running the shop was so incredibly kind and helpful. We ran into a few bumps in the moving process, but she was able to get us sorted with the additional time and equipment we needed, and even offered some expert advice. She certainly went above and beyond. I don't want to move again anytime soon, but if I needed to, I'd go back to this Uhaul location in a heartbeat.

Caden VTruck was not ready and unable to pick up using 24/7 luckily the storage facilities in Harrisonburg was open and able to access the system and assist.
Debbie LTrailer needs better placed marker lights so they can be seen at night when trying to back up trailer. Also the floor of trailer should be flat because you can't move stuff around easy in the space. With the ridges make it way to difficult to move anything without a flat bottom.

Andrea DI asked for 24-7 service and even called the day before to make sure it was good to go. I watched the stupid pick up video you have. Of course the local location never got back with me. I was over 40 minutes late to meet my movers. The lady was slow, rude and told me to have it back in 4 hours when I requested 6 and then said Nevermind. I'll do Penske next time, it can't be any worse. The customer service lady at the main number was amazing but the local locations- never again.

EDUARDO DI haven't needed a U-Haul in several years and was unfamiliar with the turning the vehicle in with a cell phone app. I dropped the keys off before I opened the app and could not complete the turn in process. Had I known about the app related turn in process I could have saved all of us some time.
Terrence Cbizarre location at the end of a strip mall. door was open but no employees to be found. there were a couple of people milling around that didn't speak English but they directed me to where to leave the truck. I really had no direction and hope the drop off was processed. have heard nothing from UHaul.

Isa SDrop-off area was in the back, behind the strip mall, and I can see how it might feel dangerous or unsafe for some folks if dropping off their truck with self-return after hours, after dark. But I had a wonderful and friendly chat with the lady working there in the morning, who answered all my unrelated questions about the U-Haul business and history and told me that the truck I had returned was next heading right out to Montana (from Virginia) which was an odd but cool thing to know.

Shannon GAll in all the interaction was good, the woman who was in charge was a bit too intense. I don't think she was trying to be rude or anything, but she was very forceful about the rules. Perhaps a bit more understanding when patrons are trying to be helpful would be in order.

MISTY HThe representative at the front desk was rude when we first got there. As has not showing us where our uhaul was located made it confusing and the representative made us feel stupid after asking where the uhaul was at. Customer service should be a top priority and it was lacking when we rented our uhaul. I would not go back this location if I had the option.
