A 20 $penalty for not owning technology is unfair. Not everyone has, wants to use, or has the ability to invest their money in a smart phone. A smart phone should not be a requirement to use your service at the same rate. It simply is adding punishment to those that are not as well off.Joe C.

Do not change the pick-up location. i was emailed my preferred pick up location and the day before my pick up I was notified that the location was now 50 minutes south of were I needed to be. I ended up at this location with a truck size bigger than needed but no additional costKEVIN T.
The UHAUL app sucks and needs to be updated. The return process didn't work on the phone and we spent an hour trying to figure out how to return it, waiting for a rep. We eventually did it on the web browser, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't fix the app!Abigail D.

The online app will only let you modify a reservation if you create an account. I had to call U-Haul to change my pickup location. Excellent service when I called, though.GEORG B.

Easy pick up and availability. Only trouble with mobile check in process which is not related to the site itself, it's a corporate issue. Glad they had the equipment we were looking forThomas P.
The were not staffed during posted operating hours. They charged me for furniture pads that were not provided. I spoke with them the following day and they said they would give them to my brother when he arrived but they were not there. We had to spend 100 $buying pads to complete our move and never got a refund for the pads.JAMESJOHN M.

The two dollys I reserved were not in my truck. There was no one at the location to assist me in getting my dollys. Luckily, there were two appliance dollys (I reserved normal dollys) that the customer service lady on the phone told me to take. If I didn't happen to see those dollys I would've been left without dollys for my move.Zoe W.
I was yelled at by the employee upon my return. One manager explained to me that a drop-off time of 4 was the correct time even though the one on my contract said 3:30 pm. When I returned it at 4 I was belittled by a staff member and charged an extra day of coverage because of it I'm highly unsatisfied and will not be using UHAUL again. With only 5 days notice, O'Hanlon's worked endlessly to switch my original truck selection to a larger one. They made my moving process so much easier and more enjoyable. They were always friendly and put the customer first! Would recommend them to anyone looking for a U-Haul.Taylor B.

Customer service was quite poor. Truck arrived 1/2 hour later than scheduled pick-up time. When I expressed my dissatisfaction related to the fact that I had hired movers to assist me and scheduled their arrival time for 9:30 and that the truck was not there, she said, "You are lucky we didn't ask you to go get the truck yourself. All of our trucks are for local use only." Had this been made clear to me prior to the pick-up, I would have used a different Uhaul supplier. Website needs to inform potential customers that this location is for local drop-offs in very large font. Very frustrating for me as well as costly! The reason I said "not applicable" is because I live in Roanoke VA.Margarite M.

A complete nightmare! 1 - the Uhaul app - is absolutely horrible! It's MUCH more difficult and time consuming than coming into an actual office! You have to go thru repeat steps and lots of little things they don't tell you about! NOT SIMPLE OR QUICK!!! 2 - The truck I FINALLY got to pick up - was filthy AND OUT OF GAS!!! Yeah - I had to re-route and delay my move and movers - costing me even more money!? THEN uhaul tries to charge ME for not filling it up upon return??? 3 - The truck was completely unsafe! Severe steering issues and BAD suspension problem had me checking my fillings after! 4 - ZERO support from uhaul on any issue - all day after MANY attempts. Z E R O ! No returned phone calls, messages, or emails! WARNING! STAY AWAY FROM UHAUL!!!Kevin G.
