Communication is terrible when a customer needs to drop off a vehicle and is given no code to the lock box. I called customer service and was told that they aren’t sure what the code is and to just leave my keys in the vehicle. It’s a hassle and a headache and I won’t be using U-Haul anymore in the future as this was the second time in a row that I’ve had issues.

I have called every day since this Saturday 7/20/19 to have this issue resolved. No one has called back or handled this issue with any sort of professionalism or care. We had ordered a trick for pickup at 11am and the Uhaul representative did not show up until 11:45am with missing add ons, such as, moving dolly, furniture mover or any moving blankets. I am very disappointed on how this has handled. Waiting in an oil change lobby in 95F heat 45 mins past pickup really set back our already stressful move, which made us late to meet the movers who are paid hourly. Chris, your Uhaul representative, seems to not care at all to be representing Uhaul. He told us, "We an auto place first and a Uhaul second" as an excuse on why we were kept waiting. After constantly asking how he thought this was acceptable behavior. He called the field manager, Al, and claimed Al would take care of us if we called asked for him. This is unacceptable, this needs to be addressed and taken care of IMMEDIATELY!

Never got a key code after conformation and was told to get the key from the business and he didn’t have it. He called and after talking back and fourth was able to unlock the box for me. Could have been way more smooth

We ordered a truck for pick up in Tinley Park and they sent us to Orland Park. The 26' truck they gave us (only one available) was so old we were surprised it made it to WI (a 3 hr drive). It shook all the way on the expressway and the tires were bald. Needs to be retired before someone gets hurt !!!!!

Save the verified driver's license photo to the account, omitting the take photo of DL requirement in the field for verified users can save time. Also self check out saves no time if I still have to go inside the rental office in order to retrieve the key.

Again, no one contacted me to tell me drop off was at alternate location. When I called toll-free number, they indicated alternative or original/this location were manned, and that either drop off was fine. No signage visible, at all, at this location, or ANY other uhaul vehicles present, making drop off ridiculous.

The car was not cleaned out before I picked it up. There was trash and old water bottles left. The can had a broken windshield and was unsafe to drive.

The guys at this location were very friendly - they just weren't very knowledgeable about the process of checking out a vehicle, probably because they don't do it very often. As a result, the process took longer than it should have.
