Even though I checked in online ahead of time it still took a while to get my trailer at the store. Otherwise very satisfied.

The uhaul location is best described as a satellite location. The single staff, was very friendly and helpful, but they also managed the gas pumps and convenience store.

You cant change the drop off location to 25 kms away from my place and charge additional foe the extra kms

I was advised to drop off to the location in caledon east I get there and the app said I should be somewhere else Waited over an hour and a half trying to drop off vehicle between the location and calling u haul directly Also didn’t receive my 100 deposit back Had to use personnel’s phone and go and take pictures of the vehicle Not impressed

Difficult location to return a 26 ft truck but worked out in the end. Rental was returned on March 25th so two days early with 1/2 tank of gas rather than 3/8th

Covered in snow. Gas was not full. I ordered moving pads but none were available. Over 30 minutes from where ordered

Unable to drop keys off, (no drop box) location was stated to be 24 hr but closed at 9pm. I had to return the following day to drop off the keys to the rented truck.

The staff were friendly willing to help on the return even though it was an online close process. Pickup and return was a pleasant experience

Issue #1: i made a reservation for a 10ft truck to be picked up at 2700 Royal Windsor Mississauga location on Aug 8. Instead on Aug 24 I was told to pickup the truck at this location in Caledon which is 45 min drive away. The location is a gas station with a couple of trucks available Issue #2: i ordered trolley and blankets, but they dont have anything in stock Issue #3: the inside of the truck given to me was dirty, i had to clean the dashboard from liquid spill. The back had a lot of grass and leaves i had to sweep clean. The place is not run very professionally. Would not recommend this place to anyone

Everything was perfect, I couldn't ask for a better experience. I used uhaul in the past and will continue to in the future because the people are friendly, informative, and the prices are great. Thank you so much!

Despite checking in online a day in advance, it took over 45 minutes to get on the road. I had reserved moving blankets in advance, but upon arrival at the rental location was told they didn't have any and "to go somewhere else" to get them. When I asked that we conduct an inspection of the vehicle prior to signing the rental contract, the representative said it had already been done and simply handed me the keys. The contract also overstated how much fuel was in the truck. Not a positive experience overall.

The online pickup / dropoff form does not work properly. I had issues uploading photos. This is the second time I had problems. However the staff at the location was very helpful.

Truck should be backed in when finished. Where the trucks are parked is a busy place near the gas pumps. Best to face forward and drive out... rather than blackout..!

Snow wasn't cleared off vehicle, no brush was provided to clear snow off vehicle, was charged 60 dollars more than I was quoted. Charged my card after I asked them not to as I was paying by debit. Overall terrible experience. Stop putting rentals at Satalite locations like these crappy gas stations!

You overcharged me! I was asked to pay an extra rental and insurance fee which was never mentioned in the contract. Fraud.

Isolated. Didn't realize it was a gas station. But truck was clean. However it did not have the dolly or hand lift I requested. Very disappointing.
