Great location and while you’re waiting for the paperwork, go to the Deli and grab some food or an expresso!

Absolutely not! When I went to pick up my reservation, the truck was not cleaned, gas tank almost on empty and the person at Uhaul was not trained properly, his computer was not up and running so we had to wait 15 minutes for that, he couldn’t pull up my reservation, so he had to put out information in that took him a lot of time, so by the time we were ready to leave it had been almost 35 minutes. When we returned the truck within the 6 hour time frame, the same man was rude, argued about the gas level that we actually put more in the tank then the almost empty that it was on, so we went and added more gas so he took advantage of us there or he was going to charge us a huge amount and we’re were not going to give him the satisfaction. He asked us for a good review and we said NO! He then stated he wouldn’t like that and we said to bad. The experience was awful and I called corporate to let them know he needed more training and anything else they could do for that man. A real ASS. Please do not waste your time. Good luck and there is another one in town Fallbrook, Ca.

U-Haul lost my initial reservation. I called back, U-Haul made a second reservation. Called me the day of my scheduled pickup and said they didn’t have a truck available. U-Haul changed my location to a place much farther away, said they were waiving my mileage fees (local move) then charged me full mileage and didn’t respond to my request to honor their commitment. I have a screen shot of the 0.00 mileage offer from Uhaul App. They changed the contract, offered concessions then reneged. Will challenge through credit card company, never had to do thy before...Terrible!!

Uhaul changed locations on me at the last minute. Went from 5 minutes away to 35 minutes away. Crappy customer experience.

They over charged me. They don't know what they are doing. I choose poorly. Never again at this location.
