Pretty much everything was great. When I tried to do the online return, pictures, etc. the app kept crashing so I wasn't sure what got through

Thinking about renting again this week super easy and nice friendly team
Bruce JMy original rental location was broadway in Monticello ny with a reservation time of 8:30 am When went for pick was told sorry we don't open the uhaul part until 10. I already had plans to start moving and could not wait til 10 for pick up .. hence the 8:30 reservation time After a run about on the phone was finally given a new pick up location about 30 minutes after original time. Would definitely not recommend the Monticello location to anyone and Would suggest to others to not rent from there. Awful customer service.
KATRINA HU-Haul representative was very efficient and got me into a truck very quick as he could tell I needed to get going. Awesome experience.

SELITA KYour equipment performed flawlessly on my long distance trip. U-haul was helpful when I requested to return the trailer at a different location than originally planned. I would definitely use U-haul again in the future.

NATHAN SThey did not explain a charge to me. U-Haul has removed since then which I greatly appreciated. They also didn't tighten down the hitch good as we were not on real level ground. I was very fortunate that as I had pulled over in a parking lot down the road to check everything, a U-Haul rep in a pick up truck passing by saw me and stop. He was very helpful and assisted me. His timing was perfect and I wish I had gotten his name.
