The dropoff location was advertised to open at 10:00AM, but the operator didn't arrive until 10:20AM. I took lots of photos and called the U-Haul 800 number to let someone know that I had dropped the vehicle trailer off. When the site operator arrived, he said the return was all taken care of, but I still received a text and a phone call saying that the return was not complete. You should get your stuff together.

First of all, the location is located behind a Liquor Store and is very easy to pass by. Secondly, the man that runs the U Haul also runs the liquor store, hence, the customer has to go in and out of the liquor store to complete the check in process which means the U Haul customer is waiting in line behind liquor store customers to check equipment in and/or out. Third, the operator tried to write down that the truck was returned less fuel than was in it. He tried to record it as having less than a half tank, when in fact it was right at 3/4 of a tank. Good thing I have pictures of the turn-in mileage and fuel level! Other than that, this vehicle needs some mechanical attention. the steering is vague and the truck "drifts" from side to side on the highway. It was exhausting to drive as you're continuously making adjustments.

The front end of the truck would shake. Plus the inside stunk of cigarette smoke sooo bad I could barely breathe had to put 10 air fresheners in it to kill the smell and also there is no water in the washer fluid. It was hard to see out of the windshield due to it looked like there was milk splatter on the inside windshield

Location was supposed to be open at 10. When I showed up location was still closed. With a beer delivery van posted out a8de waiting to deliver because the store wasn't open. I had to customer service and ask for a solution which was truck sharing. But then I was blocked in by the delivery truck. And when my brother went in to ask then to move the owner who showed up 45 mins late. Was so rude. And demanded to know which truck we rented and why the delivery people had to move etc. Very unprofessional and rude. Definitely don't recommend

first and for most, stop raising your pricing. a simple trailer price with a 50percent hike within a year. Why? last time i wanted to rent a truck from you it was priced out of my range. this is after using your equipment to move to florida from arizona. corporate greed is getting very bad in this country and you seem to be the same. in my opinion, your are just cutting your own throat. i plan on buying my own trailer so i don't need to rent from you

Bobby was very pleasant and helpful when we went in to rent the uhaul. We have rented from Bobby on several occasions and he treats us like family. The uhaul is always clean and has blankets to protect our furniture and a dolly for heavy furniture.

Made a reservation for 15' box truck was called hours before to be told they don't have one at the location but did at another's then got a call again that they didn't have one either so was given a 26' box truck which cost me double in gas as I didn't need that big of a box truck would like my 50$ reservation guarantee and reimbursement for the extra gas I had to pay for

They should pay attention to the contract and put the items in the truck that the customer required and had paid for. And also maybe answer their telephone number for when the client is standing at their property having a problem with nobody around. The truck was filthy multiple lights were burned out on the truck which tells me they did not go over it before it was set to be given to me. This concerns me for other people that they don't care.

Again. I tried to call the numbers on google to this location on Sunday from 2 pm on till they closed. Was going to return it Sunday with my husband. No answer. Tried again Monday morning at 10 am when they were to open at the same number. No answer. Drove and got there at 10:10 am. They finally showed up at 10:36. Then I had to ask for help. The guy that helped me had no idea how to unlock the hitch or take it off. The other man read the # off trailer told me I'd get an email receipt. He didn't check it in. I got a call the next day from another dealer asking where the trailer was. Told them where I dropped it (Trenton) and that's where I told uhaul guy in Palm City I needed to go. This is why I like to deal with people not phones and online. What ever happened to customer service!!!!!!!!!

The truck was so dirty I had to leave the windows down the whole time. Trashed cab full of food crumbs and just overall nasty. Had to sweep out the back being it was dirty. This is my first U Haul rental experience and I was not impressed. The only thing good about it was the guys who rented the truck. Were very polite and helpful. Other than that I would rate it 1 star. I think at least a credit for my next rental would be the least yall could do. Thanks

The appliance dolly I had reserved was not there. The attendant did everything he could to accommodate my needs, but could not create that key piece of equipment. He did provide what he had and some amount of credit in an effort to help solve a situation he certainly did not create.

Pickup time was 10am no one was on site until 10:40am. And then a phone was handed to me for the liquor store next store to check me out. I had no help loading the trailer or any inspection. I had the same experience on the return but had to check out over the internet. NO Phone number on site to speak with the people in charge. Very bad customer service!! In all the years I rented from Uhaule this was not expectable.

My truck that I got from here was not supposed to be on the road due to a hazard issue was going on with the truck and I was told not to call the U-Haul place to report it but I'm calling to report the truck now

The app did not allow me to upload the odometer picture and continue with turning in the truck. I had to enter this location and the personnel said I would be charged an extra $20 for turning it through him even though it was U-Hauls fault that the app wasn't working. In the end he was able to waive the fee and turn in the truck which is why I selected that he was helpful. The only person that helped because U-Haul customer service is non-existent. The wait times are outrageous. Please fix your app because it does NOT work.

Had to hook up our own transporter to the uhual. Wasn't even walked out to it by associate. Never had a problem renting dolly or transporter but this guy says my 4x4 isn't rated to pull a transporter (yeah right done it before). Anyways so we end up paying almost $300 just to tow a small car home.
