They need signage! It was difficult to locate. A business with no signs is a sign of no business.

Specifically talked about drop off locations which she still got wrong which resulted in a $55 Charge. Agreed to not go off of Milage which she still did.
DANNY EEasy and to the point without so much drama
IRMA RNot only was the U-Haul truck dusty and in need of being swept, the people who work here (specifically one lady who purposely remained anonymous) are rude and unprofessional. When I dropped the truck off I was charged an extra day more than I should've been and I was also charged for fuel even though I filled it back to exactly where it was when I received it. I attempted to make a phone call to the location about this issue (during their business hours) and to my bewilderment the lady was very rude, off-putting, and dismissive. Not only did she hang up on me, she also blocked my number from the business phone, preventing me from further contacting the location about my pending billing issue. And by the way, there's two pitbull dogs chained up on the property in close proximity to clients and as I dropped the truck off, one of the dogs came loose and attacked me. The U-Haul man had to jump at it and restrain it. It can all be found on-camera. This is alarming, unprofessional, sloppy, and unacceptable. Honestly they should be shut down if this is how they run a franchise.

Hiliberto VDay of pick up while in my Uber to the location, I was told that they didn't have the truck I needed when I had already called to confirm days before that they would have one. They rebooked me at another location. The location I was rebooked too didn't speak English until a women came out an hour later. The gentleman who I was originally trying to flag down in the middle of a chained off parking lot wouldn't help me until the women came out and asked what I was doing, she also spoke little English but was very nice. She brought me into a work garage to a fold out table covered in things and opened her laptop. I had already pre checked in and gave her my booking # but couldn't pull it up. We went through this process of trying to get a truck 4 times. She had to FaceTime someone who knew the system to pull up my info and book me. The CC I had wasn't working with their system so had to use another one. This process all in took an hour and a half which made me so late to work since I had a 3hr drive ahead of me. When I dropped it off, I didn't get any confirmation for a week that it was dropped off. I had to call the location to make sure they knew about it than the next day I got paperwork that it was dropped off. I had it for a day and a half before dropping it off but on the final they have it as me having it for 7 days. I believe I originally saw they offered unlimited miles for a one way booking offer on the site but I got a bill for 107 extra added miles to the final receipt.
