The U Haul smelled like someone was smoking weed in it and there was sap on the windshield that would not rub off.

George BI tried to reach This location multiple times prior to my rental, by phone and in person. I went by and called during normal business hours with no response. The truck engine was in need of repair, it would not change gears when driving.

Karen HFor the second time that I have used u-haul, I had requested a dolly be included in my rental. And for the second time I was not given one. We even tried to go to another location and there was no one there. We had to go out and BUY a dolly so we could actually move our furniture! If u-haul were to do the right thing, they would refund it out dolly rental that we ordered AND reimburse us for having to buy a dolly.
Lukas TThe rental of the truck and return went very well. No complaints. However, at the time of rental we also used the U-Haul website to hire movers. The movers never showed up on the contracted day. The movers didn't contact us and we had to call them ourselves. Fortunately, the owner of the truck rental location was able to provide us the name of some local movers who were able to help us out the next day.

Charles DDo not use the online check in. I reserved the truck for 8am but the online check in didn't not work and I had to wait until 9am when the attendant arrived to get the truck. It as a very frustrating experience.

Philip BTrent is the man! He processed the paperwork fast and was quick with hooking the trailer up and making sure all the lights were working correctly. We found a nail in the tire of the first trailer he had for me so he quickly swapped it out for a new one.

Russell FFirst of all, never received the phone call that was supposed to occur the day prior to my rental. The location i requested didn't have the trailer, had to go to neighboring dealer. Poor guy had many irons in the fire, all told caused a long delay in my day. Agents at both locations were doing thier best, not their fault. Your reservation system is flawed.
HARRY HU-Haul still had advertisement signs I had to take down this location also charged me for an extra day rental even though I returned the truck after one hour through the app. I had to call cooperate to get a refund on the extra charge.

Wandy RI dropped the truck off at 730 am when the shop was closed. The shop opened at 10 am and the owner did not check it in until 1150. I want a refund for the time difference.
