I was charged $100 after my drop off for some reason and I even sent pictures to them showing that the truck had potting soil in the back that I had to clean out before even putting my belongings in there. I also brought it back with the same gas level that I rented it with. I'm not happy with this additional charge at all.

Timothy KThis was the worst service I have experienced. It took me over 2 hours to rent a trailer with multiple credit cards declined through their phone but they worked elsewhere. I was very disgusted by how this was handled . I had chosen a different site but was sent here !
Dena HHad to wait almost an hour before I was able to drive off with vehicle. When I return vehicle, I was told individual wasn't there to intake the vehicle. I dropped off the vehicle and was told to come back in an hour to complete return. When I returned, I was told that I had just missed the individual. Will not go back to this location. Very unprofessional.
