Jeffrey GPrior to rental I called to discuss rental. I was put on hold and person never picked up phone again. Waited for over 5 minutes and hung up. Picture of truck did not match actual truck. Had to document lots of damage. Also the ramp was covered in dog poop and had to be cleaned before we could use it.

Margaret HWhatever the back office system is uhaul uses is crap. The person who called to confirm my reservation called 4 times and didnt leave a voicemail. When i could answer she talked and talked over me and had the wrong thing reserved. I had a 8foot cargo van and my email proves it, but she said her info didnt reflect that. Also i had to my pickup locations, just like every other time ive used uhaul. The system used for reserving needs work.

Timothy CThe UHaul app was making the process not easy - always white screens and seems like nothing was preceeding until it suddenly loaded the next screen. Newest Samsung S23 Ultra, up to date, with 5G connection was having difficulties using the app. I switched to the website and it worked way better then the app.

No problem with the drop-off location except that U-haul changed the drop-off location on me without my approval and wanted me to drop off at a different (much farther away) location. I dropped off at original location anyway but had to call custom service and was on hold forever (over 45 minutes!) and so had to call back again before I got someone to straighten it out! Very unhappy with that situation!!

Jodi DGreat service. Walked in and walked out less than 5 minutes later with keys to a moving truck. Used the truck, brought it back that evening after hours and got the charge in my email. Could not have been a smoother transition.
Donlad HThe truck was unsafe to operate on highway. Darts side to side over bumps and has very significant play in steering. Also check engine light and tire pressure lights were on. No one answered the door at the location, also did not answer the phone. Called uhaul and was transferred back to the main menu without being helped. Tried roadside assistance and was unable to reach anyone. Terrible experience overall and awful customer service all around.
David TPerfect customer service. I don't know if the guy who runs the rentals out of this location is the owner of the business but he sure does treat it like he is the owner. Whenever I need a rental I drive on the other side of town to come to this location and pass 5-6 other uhaul locations because I know I will be taken care of.
