Great experience with On The Way Mini Self Storage! The facility was clean and well maintained, and the staff incredibly courteous. I am very pleased with the service and property provided as I moved my son to and from UGA.

I got charged 1 extra months there. I moved out and cleaned it in September 29. I phoned in the exit on October 5 th. I think the staff is juggling too many things so my message didn't get recorded.

It was a great storage

The storage had rat poop, spider webs and a lot of bugs in there and they were in my stuff too that's why I changed storage facilities. This storage unit was very dirty and unkept, it needs to be demolished!

The storage that was suggested was the perfect size for me. The price was very reasonable better than the one I called an received from another storage place.

I made a storage unit reservation online. I encourage everyone who does this to call and make sure the unit is available. The unit was what I expected & move-in went smoothly.

Very easy to deal, and storage seems to be in a safe location. There is a $10 administration fee that is not mentioned in the website.

It took a long time to figure out my storage number. I was in On the way for 40 minutes which was inconvenient and organized but the man who helped me was very helpful and kind.

I got there upon making reservations with someone over the phone.. only to be told that they didn't have any storages available. A total waste of time! If I could give no stars I would. Horrible!!

We had to remove our rv because they were expanding and could no longer provide parking. No problems for 3 years, but we discovered last week that the battery had been stolen and lines cut.

Check in was fairly simple and completed at a convenience store near UGA/Athens. The facility was a few miles away, but easy to find and clean. Space was clean and door operated as it should.

This facility was not quite what I expected,due to the fact that the storage unit is a couple of miles away from the office,but the staff were friendly,helpful,and efficient.

The times on the website were incorrect. You check in at a very busy convience store at a different location.The clerks are rude except 1.

People at the store was friendly and helpful, but they sold me a lock that did not fit my storage unit. They fully refunded me. I still didn`t move my furniture, but the storage seems to be alright.

Had to register at 1 location and drive to another to the unit - 90 min checkin time - Uhaul site said 1st month free - NOPE- VERY unhappy.

The storage unit doesn`t come with alock. The ceiling is falling down with insulation coming out and the charges were higher than what we were quoted when we reserved the unit.

Be aware that the storage unit is not at the address listed! The actual unit was off of Atlanta hwy. Had to wait 30 mins at the gas station to get the key. Unit was clean and didn`t seem too hot.

The storage unit is fine, but was disappointed at its location. Address is listed on Baxter, however, we had to go to a unit off of Atlanta Hwy. Not as convenient as we expected.

Pulling up my reservation wasn`t a problem and didn`t take very long, the cashier was nice a professional. The actual unit was clean and pretty much what I expected.

The storage unit was free of debris, but the facility claims to be climate controlled, but the storage unit that I received seems to be too warm to be climate controlled.
