sherry rYour team was great. Both at origin and destination, and the roadside assistance mechanic. Equipment was completely unacceptable, to the point of jeopardizing safety. I can't believe I spent over $200 for a truck that left me stranded twice in 170 miles. The steering column shifter is faulty. You should not rent this truck to anyone until it is fixed!!!! Ensure equipment works. The truck was not safe to rent out. The truck had a history of maintenance issues for over a year. I was left stranded twice on a 170 mile trip. The truck had intermittent conditions of not starting and not being able to be put into drive. Permit local drop off. I had to drive 30 minutes out of my way to return the truck, when there were 5 local uhaul facilities at my destination.

Chris GKeke was friendly as was as surprised as we were about the condition of our trailer. She gave me numbers to call for uhaul to get help since we were spoken to so poorly by the supervisor whom said he hooked us up putting temp lights that only work correctly during the day without headlights on and said we were trying to nickel and dime uhaul because I don't believe I should've had to pay $311 for equipment that shouldve never been leased out, it put us behind schedule and the guy called me a lier! Uhaul has yet to call us back too. After spending over $7 500 this year with uhaul, I doubt we will use them or recommend them ever again.
Megan LI was over charged for days and mileage. I brought the truck back before it was due to return and was charged late fees. I will never use U-Haul again.

NANCY SThe drop off location was very friendly clean and knowledgeable. However my overall experience with U Haul would be very negative. We rent a 26 foot U-Haul every week and when we put in the drop off location into our GPS it brought us to Gainesville so in addition to the extra mileage we incurred extra fuel that had to be put in the tank so that we weren't charged. Called the one 800 number very unhelpful then when they tried to transfer me to the location where we were dropping off the call dropped after 26 minutes being on hold.

Cheryl GI was sent to the wrong location and the lady here helped me get the drop-off location changed to hers so I didn't have to keep driving around looking for a location that did not exist anymore but uhaul still has the address on file. She really made my 2 hour drop of debacle better.
