I highly suggest customers 1)create an account before arriving to the pick up time if they are going to check out with the app. 2) make sure they have their location Visible (give instructions on how to do that depending on the phone type) 3)notify that they will need some second form Of identification such as a passport, friend, ect. Ect.

Everything was well handled, and the equipment was in good shape except for one thing: the inside of the trailer smelled terribly of gasoline and had just a bit more dirt in it than I would have expected. I suspect the previous renter had hauled lawn equipment in it. We left the trailer open all night before loading it, and most of the gasoline smell went away.

If this was the only location, I would recommend. There are alternatives in prattville.

The drop off location was in a half gas station, half liquor store. It was not clean. The man handling the drop off was nice and helpful. He mentioned U-Haul covered up to an additional 50 miles because of pick up and drop off mileage. But we still paid for every extra mile we used.

It took forever to pick up the truck, I had already reserved it online and the older gentleman waiting on me could not figure out how to do the rest of the transaction on the computer. I had to wait in a small, dirty closet area while he tried to figure it out, he sent my receipt to my email 7 times. The truck was ok, but you could not drive over 60 on the interstate or the tires bounced so badly you couldn't hold the truck on the highway

It was slightly annoying and inconvenient that the provided truck started with only slightly more than 1/4 of a tank of gas. This was especially true since the pick up location was a gas station. There’s not any reason to not have a full tank when someone picks up their vehicle.

Helpful personnel, took a little long because of internet problems and the pre-checkin seemed to not have registered or something because we had to do all of that again. But other than that it was easy.

The owners did not know how to hook the trailer to my vehicle. We all figured it out i guess. Also, i had to help lift the 6X12 trailer, which i was hoping a man would have done that. It was almost too heavy to lift onto the ball of my tow hitch. The owners were nice but they just don't know have a clue and will end up getting themselves or someone hurt.

this location need to be and unauthorized location, and this is my reason why. I was charge an EZ fuel charge when I return this truck to its location. I ask the representative why was I charge for fuel, he replied I didn't return fuel it back to where I it was when I rented the truck. What he didn't know I took a before and after photo to cover myself. I proceeded to show the gentleman the picture of proof it was return at the right fuel level which was 3/4 of a tank. My out mileage was 150572.0 my return mileage was 150578.0 which was a total of six miles. I even showed the representative my gas receipt, furthermore showing him all the evidence that he was wrong in charging me an EZ fuel charge. for the pass three days I rented U-Haul Trucks, contract numbers 27778769 and 28019041 I notice on these to contract I was charge $0.79 cent per mile and on contract 27972713 I was charge $0.99 cent for the same size rentals. I wonder why there are so many inconsistencies at this authorize dealer. As you can see I use U-Haul for all my moving needs, the last thing I should have to deal with is and authorize dealer taking advantage of me and my hard earn money. All he can say is it already been process call U-Haul, yes bad customer service he knew he was caught and wrong with this charge. I also went into a U-Haul store show them the same evidence they were eager to help. Even though it's wasn't there issue however the representative was more than helpful.

Was quoted one price at UHaul store at 2120 S Memorial Drive and went to pick it up and was charged $40 more. Brought up the price discrepancy with the owner(?) and he got angry at me. So I'm going to rate the pick hp location very poor. Drop off was very easy and they were very polite.

The gentleman took almost 3 hrs just to do paperwork for us to rent the uhaul. Then he tried to pressure us into purchasing the insurance by saying so much as a scratch and we'll be charged big time! Very unprofessional and I'll never use or recommend this location ever again!

Offer some accessories—I needed a ball hitch and had to go somewhere else to get it. The guy was helpful to suggest where to go—but it would have been nice if there were 2” ballhitches available for purchase or rental—since all the trailers there only took 2” ballhitches.
