Andrea FThe agent at this location was very rude and nasty. He over charged me. He charged me for insurance when he didn't ask me if I wanted insurance. I had to go back to the location at sumerdale to complain and they were able to refund some of the over charging in the amount of $15.00. I wish I could have given a better recommendation, but the experience was so poor. Ike Onadipe

Von AIf I needed to rent a truck again, I would probably go there again. But, there is no visible U-Haul sign. Very hard to tell they rent the trucks there. I ended up passing it and having to turn around to go back. The people who helped me were very nice, and that's the main reason I would go back. The truck itself could have used some cleaning on the inside of the cab, and the back of the truck as well.

William CYour mobile checkin process was interesting, it was very slow and unclear. The marketing of $19 + fees is "good" lol I assumed something more but end spending $80; just seems misleading.

Mike Bupon arrival the vehicle only had a half a tank of gas. I brought it back with 3/4 tank and the manager said it was not their policy to reimburse us for fuel. Then he made a rude remark "we did not ask you to bring it back with extra fuel"! How could we possibly know exactly how much gas we would use. It should have been a full tank when we picked it up, therefore we could gage how much to refill.

George HLocation was not the issue, U-Haul has a failing system. My rental was moved, then canceled all without my doing. Then had to get a much larger truck 2 hours later and had to pay movers instead of the help I had on hand for 2 hours instead of 4 because of the flawed system. I called the day before just for a representative to tell me it's secure and ready to go when it was in fact not, additionally I sat in a lot on hold for an hour and fifteen minutes before ultimately being disconnected. Disgusted with with U-Haul.

Anthony GThe experience picking up via the app was not working all the way for me. Luckily the customer service at the bagel shop pick up location was amazing. Jay was so nice and helpful. The drop off was even easier. This was by far the smoothest uhaul experience I have ever had. And if you get a chance try their bagels they are amazing!!!

Andrew LVery easy to access via the mobile device. Super convenient to hop right on to Rt 73 or even Rt 295. The shop manager was very friendly and helpful too.
Adrienne DThe U-Haul app is terrible. I had to use a friends phone to complete the pickup. The process for verifying and getting approved at pickup is cumbersome, not clear, redundant, and should be not needed for repeat users.

DIANE GWhen I went to pickup my Uhaul in Philly at 6pm and signed in on the app I was given many errors. It said please return to store 12/19/21 at 9am and I was at the store 12/19/21 at 6pm so your app clearly has issues that need to be fixed. It cost me an additional $50 Uber to my hotel and then another $15 Uber in the morning to go to the closest Uhaul location with a truck available.
