What a horror show this was. It was a filthy convenience store and casino with no UHaul signs. The man inside was confused. No receipt. I was happy to get out of there and not get mugged.

Tiny parking lot, a lot of people hanging out where uhaul parking is so hard to get photos. Not clear where drop box is. Overall very poor experience to drop off in the dark (around 6pm). Would not recommend anyone goes alone.
Madeline MFix your app for androids. Many bugs and impossible to pick up without support, which by phone is a disaster. Better support with the chat. It took me 1 hour 1/2 to pick up the truck. Until you fix app, i won't use Uhaul. Something that also pissed me off was I paid over $98, and there was a sign stating $19,99 on the sun visor in the van.
Shiva RThe self pick up took a while to figure out. When I called the customer service number listed in the rental confirmation email from u-haul, as the u-haul app was freezing up, the number was not in service. This added at least 30 minutes to the pick up time.

Charles KThe truck was in great shape and the self-pick up was surprisingly easy. The only disappointment was that the rented equipment (pads & dolly) weren't in the truck as promised. I added them to my order and even confirmed with customer service a few days before that they'd be placed in the truck. I called customer service and they weren't as helpful as I expected, just saying that they'd take the charge off the account. I was able to go to a nearby full service location to pick up these items. While I appreciate the offer of account charge adjustment, those items are crucial to a successful move day, so if they're not available, then the day is basically a waste. The dispatcher I spoke to didn't seem to share that understanding.
John AThis was the worse rental experience I have ever had. There were no instructions on how to pick up the car with the mobile app sent before hand causing a hour delay in picking up the car. As a woman, if I was alone I would have felt very uncomfortable at that location as it was not on a major street and had a lot of men watching me attempt to get into this vehicle the entire time. The app needs significant amount of upgrade because every time you would swipe out of it, it logs you off or goes black and it would not allow you to log back in thus making you have to call the help number in which I waited to speak to a representative then for transferred causing an even greater delay. I got the rental and the gas tank was on empty. There were no instructions on if I had to fill it up or not. I got charged for a moving dolly and there was not a moving dolly available. Additionally, as a moving company, the tools to assist with moving were not available such as load straps and more. This experience made me never want to rent with U-Haul again.
Kayla SThis location is at a run down liquor store with glass, debris, and random furniture strewn about. The Uhaul had a crushed beer can stuck in the gap between the passenger door and hood. Should not be a Uhaul pickup location.

Maria OThis was far away the worst U-Haul experience I've had. I called the staff for help around the time I scheduled to pick up. They answered the phone were rude short, and did not explain to me how to unlock the vehicle I rented. I also rented a handtruck for this reservation, but there was no handtruck present when I picked up the vehicle. Additionally, the window cover cardboard was still present in the vehicle when I picked it up. All day long vehicle was was alerting me to the need for tire pressure monitor maintenance. As a result of this poor treatment, I will not rent a U-Haul. Next time I need a truck.
Wyly WDon't expect us to be able to back our rental truck into a tiny space. It wasn't backed in when I picked it up and when I returned it the store was very busy. Somebody else had returned a bigger truck (also not backed in) in the side spot I had gotten mine from so I had to settle for a regular parking space once one came open.
TERESA MFirst of all, the drop off location was changed on the day before returning. This costed me extra 40 minutes trip to get there accompanied by my wife's car so that I would have a ride back home after drop off. This was not nice at all. And the location was confusing and dirty convenient store with several suspicious looking dudes hanging out in the parking lot. On top of that, when I got there, the parking spaces were all taken by other U-Hauls and I had no space to park. The store owner had to ask one of those guys to move his car so that I can park in undesignated space. U-Haul spaces were not even marked at all. This is not a good location.
Tetsuya YYour app is bad. It took over 45 minutes working with your customer service rep (she was great!) on the phone to get my phone number fixed. She saw it was correct in the system and yet it was wrong in the app. Then the camera settings had to be fixed. I got no instructions before I picked up the vehicle to know what to expect. And the video for turning the truck in isn't in the same order as the steps in the app. It took over an hour to pick up the vehicle and then 30 minutes to turn it in. You should stick with using people to do the work rather than using an app. Oh, the truck was unlocked when we picked it up and no one was around at the time. That's a safety issue. The bottom line is that luckily the truck worked and we got the job done. But it was an overall bad experience.

Araceli OI made a reservation that included dollies (1 appliance dolly, 2 utility dollies, and 1 furniture dolly. This location did not have any dollies. After I informed them that my equipment was missing, they kept insisting that I was at the wrong uhaul location - I was not. Then they said they didn't have dollies and do not carry that equipment. A sketchy location. Regrettable customer service. I will not go back to this location.

Ahmed SThe parking situation was fairly difficult & tight upon return and tested my skills as a driver while very tired. They were kind enough to let me park my car there. Spaces were lacking when I came back and I did return my truck very early after 7-8 hours the rental started and had it resv for 24 hours. Truck itself was nice and neat and ran well. Overall quite happy but better if they could make better parking.
Jonathan BTerrible experience. No available Wi-Fi so agent used his phone to check me in. Wasted 1/2 hour of my valuable time asking me for information I had already supplied to Uhaul the day before when I made the reservation online. Combined time wasted at the facility with the time I spent filling out the online application and uploading pictures of my driver's license was at least 45 -60 minutes! To make matters worse, the agent had to CALL ME afterwards to ask me MORE questions about insurance which I had already answered online. Don't offer online reservations if you're going to make me go through the whole process again in person. In addition, the truck was not that clean -- I left it in much better condition than I found it. Since the agent asked me about insurance after the fact, and I had left the truck in good condition with no damage, I asked him to waive the fee as a consideration for my bad experience. He was unempowered to do so which is too bad because he could have turned around a very bad impression.

I used the truck to move to a different location and returned the truck at the location that was closer to the destination and the dealer tried to act like I stole the truck. He asked me to text the location along with the phone number to the location I dropped it off at and then pulled that mess! I will never go there or recommend that location. I've always had a pleasant experience up until this time.

Mohamed IThe place was sketchy, but had no choice as unbeknownst to me it was changed by the company. After selecting a cheaper insurance rate, the new location charged me double the price and refused to show me the total expenses prior to releasing the vehicle. Never again!
Aixa MI was charged an extra fee on my card, the van was returned on time at the same gas amount. Now, I have to go through all the headaches of finding out what happened and trying to get my money back. The fees were already outrageous and paying extra is not good especially spending an extra 100 dollars on gas.

I was called but the person working the uhaul counter and we were in route to pick up by 2pm and he changed it to 1pm and said he had a School meeting for his kids if we could get ther sooner. . Also he set up the wrong drop off location after myself and my wife showed him on his computer
