I made a reservation for pick up at a different location weeks prior, then am told I need to drive here (25 min away) to pick up my tow dolly. When I arrive the tire is flat on the dolly and I'm told to take it to the gas station to fill the tire (with the car on!!) or take it to another location and call roadside assistance… obviously did not leave the lot with the dolly and risk my life and my vehicle. This is just a small portion of what I had to deal with from U-Haul and their other locations in one day sending me over 3 hours late for moving and 40 miles before even being able to load the vehicle with my things. I have many photos of all the life threatening things the workers at the Tucson uhauls did.

BYRON MJane was wonderful! Our 83 year old friend died & we needed a truck to redistribute her furniture. She loaned us for free blankets to protect the huge sofa, round table & 2 big bureaus with mirrors in back. I had never driven a panel truck before & she explained every little thing, including how to crank open the windows! I will definitely return to that UHaul to rent a truck if I ever need one again!

John KIt was hot inside the store and having to wait to get all set up was just too much. Also we asked for a dolly and when we got ready to start loading stuff the dolly was not in the truck. It was not worth going back to get one. They did take it off the price, but was very inconvenient to not have it.

German SMy paperwork said I should drop off at this location, but it was further away than expected. There are closer U-Haul locations. The location was closed but I was lucky to bump into the owner. Jan was helpful and I was able to drop off the trailer after hours.

Ashley LWe finished moving and dropped the truck off after business hours - around 8pm. As we were backing the truck into the line-up, we were approached by a man from the building next door. He told us we couldn't park there, despite trying to reassure them that we wouldn't block anyone in. Then we tried to park directly in front of the Uhaul building, and another man came out to say that we couldn't park there either. Other members of their church had taken 4 spots in front of the Uhaul building, so our options were extremely limited. These people would not leave us alone to finish parking. They verbally intimidated us, cornered my husband inside the truck, and stood watch until we left. It was awful! Please resolve this so other Uhaul customers don't have to go through this needless stress. We also tried to enter the exact odometer reading into the app at drop off, as the app instructs, and it told us that we may sustain excessive charges / wouldn't allow us to proceed with that number. We hadn't been instructed to clear a Trip file, and wanted to get out of that place as soon as possible, so guessed at the trip mileage.
