The mileage was not correct on the contract when I picked up. We drive the truck 12 miles but were charged for 38 miles. The manager was not helpful and credited us only $5, even though we were overcharged by $16. I will not use u-haul again if this is how customers are treated. I can be contacted at 614-270-7355.

Attendant had no clue of what was going on as they were untrained in rental leasing got pricing wrong over charged we left with truck under previous customers information and billing Building was dirty bad area of town took an hour to get truck leased. very disappointed.

Truck was originally scheduled for pick up at a different location. Got a call the day before that they did not have one, and sent me to this location vs just bring the truck over. The woman at the t-shirt shop had no idea what she was doing, said she wasn’t the rental person. Couldn’t find the key to the lock box at first, and then never gave me a copy of the rental agreement. She said they didn’t have it. Apparently, there was one, because UHaul declared that there was 13/16 of a tank of gas in the truck when there was barely over half a tank. Without an agreement, I couldn’t correct this.

Horrendous pick up, walked 3 miles to pickup uhaul , uhaul app could not identify my location. Original 555 buttles ave, Columbus was unmanned at pic up time, called uhaul after several transfers on over 1 minutes. with minimum battery on phone, after speaking with several reps, was told my pickup location was changed that I had reserved back in March?. Buttles ave storage agent a big help, he let me use his phone after talking with several agents found available equipment 2 miles away?? Went to new 744 harrisburg pike location, picked up keys , no contract as the girl was not familiar with uhaul??. I would not wish this experience on anyone.
