Excellent customer service and really friendly
Jesus RiquelmePick up was easy. The girl that checked me out was very nice and knowledgeable and professional. The truck ran great! Sure eats a lot of gas!!!!!
Kert Pedersenwe booked online but was not given the option for the amount of time needed. we called to confirm we could extend it and was told that would be no problem, the gal was very nice. when we picked up we were told we could extend the drop off by one day and 3 hours and we would pay the hourly rate for the last 3 hours. on the day of return we got a call saying it was late and we would be charged for a full extra day, this was 30 mins before our extended drop off time. we returned it was given attitude when we called to confirm the bill we spoke to Jennifer who was extremely short and rude. she refused to explain why, wouldn't look at notes or talk to whoever told us it was ok, billed us for a full extra day and ended the call. we have used this location many times but will be taking out business elsewhere

Craig BoothI was instructed to take a picture of the odometer, in order to complete my on-line return of my rental, after hours. The website would not accept my photos therefore I could not move on with the process. Also, I reserved an appliance dolly. It was not there upon pick up. So, I had to drive to another location to pick one up. I know people are human. So, I would say address these minor issues.

Johnny WalkerWe had several issues with this rental. Pickup of the trailer went just fine, but once the trailer was loaded and ready to go, we noticed a flat tire. There was a nail in it that was causing it to lose pressure quickly. After a 2 1/2-hour delay, we were finally on our way, but because of the late start we got stuck in a snowstorm and had to spend the night part way through the return trip. An extra $140 we weren't planning on spending. The next morning, we got an early start and not even 20 minutes later we had another tire blowout on the road. A large hole in the tire. Again, we called the roadside assistance and were delayed another 2 hours. The same guy from the same company that repaired the nail said he had noticed that other tire had low tread, but didn't say anything at first. So, a planned 6-hour trip ended up taking over 24 hours and costing way more than planned. I would mention, however, that the main receptionist at Oquirrh Mountain Moving, was very understanding and went out of her way to help us, especially after the second tire problem. I just feel that proper inspection of the equipment by a qualified technician prior to renting the trailer would have prevented the whole thing. I was very disappointed with the whole experience and nearly an entire day wasted.

I returned it before the dead line of 9 am on my way into work only to be tagged $20 bucks sur charge of returning it after hours? Whatever that means! What a joke move to hit me for money. You guys are nickle and dime hustlers shameful

Tom SoterI had made a reservation at a different uhaul location. When i showed up they told me that the licence plate on the trailer was missing and therefore couldnt rent the trailer to me. Thier system was down at the moment, so they couldnt look up different locations to get me a trailer. I suggested that they call a location close to where i needed to pick up the vehicle. They called a location in a completely different city than what i told them. They moved my reservation to that location and just wrote down an address on a sticky note and gave it to me and told me to go there to get the trailer. When i showed up they seemed completely confused for a moment until they realized who i was. Once again they only recognized me because of my phone number written on a sticky note. Their system was down as well, so they asked me to write down all of my information on a piece of paper. Some of the information they needed was my credit card information. I realize that you have to pay for it, but they kept joking (I hope) about taking my card information and buying things like lunch with it. Very unprofessional. They then argued with each other about who was going to help me out with the trailer. Neither one wanted to. They finally decided who would help, but they didnt seem too happy about it. They then took me outside to hook the trailer up.They didn't seem to completely know what they were doing. Instead of guiding me to the trailer they asked if my truck had different camera views so they didn't have to do it. Once I told them that it did but I was unfamiliar with how to change views they begrudgingly guided me to the trailer. Once hooked up to the ball they asked me to hook up the emergency brake cable, trailer safety cables, and wiring connection on to my truck. I thought that was their job. I have rented a lot of uhal trailers and never had to do any of that before. I asked because of this whole fiasco if I could return the trailer to the location that I originally had a reservation with. They told me that I could, but it would cost me $100 more! So once I was done I had to spend another 2 hours to return the trailer to where I got it. They didnt seem empathetic to my situation at all. When i was done, I showed back up to their location 15 minutes after closing. (5:15pm) my regular uhaul location is open until 7pm. They never once told me what time they closed for the day. The place was locked up tight and there wasn't a single car in the parking lot. I was completely unsure of how to proceed as i had only done 1 or 2 after hours drops before. Those times were years ago. I had to back up the trailer and unhook it all by myself. This whole time hoping things were done correctly and that i wasnt going to be charged extra for it. This whole experience was the absolute worst uhaul experience I have ever had.

We returned it on time but the young lady who processed it apparently didn't do it correctly because were were called the next day by someone else at this location asking about it's return. She realized we had returned after investigating the record further it but it should've been done correctly when we returned it.

Jacquelyn BarnesThe exact location was a bit confusing. The name on my contract was Oquirrh Mountain Moving, but the name on the sign on building was different. - CRA America. The correct address was on the sign, so I assumed I was at the right place. And I saw U-Haul Signs on above the door. If seems like it would easier to confirm I was at the right place if the names matched. I delivered the truck late on Saturday night, so I could not enter the office to confirm I was delivering to the right place.

Boyd WoolseyThe young lady that checked us in did great explained everything when we brought the van back drove 27 miles put y gallons of gas in she still charged me $8 + for gas she continued looking on the computer I think that u-haul has a problem with there system or there vans in town get less than 3 mpg I will look for a different vehicle as we are still in the moving mode

Nicole StaplesThis is an excellent location for renting from U-Haul. Jennifer always has been fantastic to work with in person but the online check in definitely needs some improvement it's been a real problem both times I have used it and calling for assistance is a waste of time.
EDWIN OLSENI was moved last minute to a location much further from me. I showed up at the correct time, but the door was locked and there was no employees there despite the hours on door saying they were supposed to be open. Me and 4 other customers had to wait an hour and a half for someone to finally show up to open the store.

I told him and he never responded back. Why wife finally got ahold of Pj and she said manger told her there was a reimbursement gonna be issued back. Horrible communication. I can see why tho location has bad reviews
Dom PandoThe older lady who helped us stated "there was no place to the put break fluid" when asked to check the fluid. Maybe she is a new employee. More training is needed.
