Never saw anyone Person on phone acted as though I was bothering him. No key drop box. Was told to leave key in cab under seat , unlocked.

Donald FugateThe equipment I reserved was not available. I had to go to another location to get a bigger truck then I needed. The steering was horrible on the 20 foot truck. You had to over correct just to go straight meaning even going straight forward I had to turn the wheel left and right 90 degrees. Neither charger port worked so I had to move more then 500 miles without my GPS which drug me through NYC traffic because I could not charge my phone. Mercedes WellsI originally tried to drop the truck off on Williamson Rd, and I was told they didn't have room for it, which cracked me up. I've never had a vehicle rental place say, "No we can't take the vehicle our company owns. There's no room at the inn." They told me to go to Orange Ave, where I asked to jump a curve and park in a grassy area. Strange return all around.

BRIAN WATTSThe truck was dirty before we rented the vehicle. I have pictures to show you. The smell made me barf however, we were able to clean it out in the front and air freshen it. We had to roll down the windows because it was funky and closed up the smell was unbearable and unpleasant. I could not fit all the pictures in the app during the initial walk around of the vehicle rental.

Nathan Dunnethe people at the location were great. but the person that did my transaction.charged me more than was told. and now I've got to wait for someone to call to get it straightened out. so make sure you watch your bank.
robert ferrellAlthough this is a physical location, the registration and communication is 100 % over the phone, making the process confusing, frustrating, and time consuming. They didn't move the vehicle to the road for us, but instead had us drive it off the grass and curb. Vehicle's seatbelt was not secure, kept unbuckling throughout the trip. Vehicle did not run well, there were no shocks making for a very bouncy ride, and there was a leak in the roof causing some the MDF boards we were transporting to swell. Drop off was confusing. The gas level looked unchanged but we added $5 anyway. Looking on my receipt I was charged an additional $16 for gas. I will actively tell people to never use this location and to think twice before choosing Uhaul for their truck rental needs.
