Simple. Very friendly and easy to work with.
April FWe decided to return the trailer early as they had 24 hour drop off. The location was dark with very very little lighting. Also, no real place to drop off equipment that was not in front of a door or blocking other non Uhaul vehicle in. Also, the mobile app did not let us return the trailer spent over an hour at 9 at night trying to return this via the app to finally give up and call Uhaul rep to have them make notes that we returned the trailer to an unlocked unsecured area and hope for the best.

Nathan NThe van I rent gas line was cut...go to full it back up from where I received the gas from and gas leaking out the bottom of the van every where 7-11 store Manger had to get the stuff that u pour on gas when it hit the ground and pour it over the leaking gas on the ground said I would hear from the person that was over uhaul haven't heard from no one yet
Redonda SThat was the first time I rented from that location and it was very good. My only problem is with U-Haul the receipts that they sent me I can't even see the writing it's so small and it can't be enlarged

Teresa FThe people were excellent and reacted to my early arrival with amazing speed. Always courteous and respectful of my requests. But the truck was clean but in rough shape! It had warning lights on on the dash after 10 miles. I was told if it was running OK keep driving it.

Inga MThe location was fine. The truck was old and there were ashes in the ash tray (it was THAT old) and the windows had dried dog slobber all over them. I had to fight with the truck to stay straight on the highway and the ac was semi cold but not cold enough for moving furniture in Florida. We did what we had to and brought the truck back. $200 later.

Blaine BThe smell of de-odorizing spray in the truck was overwhelming. It was like riding in a hospital. They didn't have the moving blankets we reserved on line. It would have been nice to get a message the day before about this.
Jennifer BOther than some U-Haul trailers parked outside, we would have never known this was a U-Haul location. No U-Haul signs. A different business name was on the building. Person was working under a truck and said he would enter the return into the system later on. We have no receipt and are not sure if any additional charges may have been added that we are not aware???

Richard FU-Haul needs to monitor there third party dealers. The truck was filthy and had a oil leak as well as an exhaust problem. When I was called I was told that a manager would contact me. As of date (12/21/21) I have not heard from a manager or received a discount.

KIMBERLY MMotorcycle trailer had a left rear taillight out and business said to call roadside assistance and there was nothing he couls do about it. When I returned the trailer, the business had moved to a different location.

Dwayne RClean the vehicle, there was animal hair, empty water bottles, and paperwork everywhere. Maintenance is needed on the truck as well, it did not drive well at all.
