The lady up front was super awesome. She was kind and patient. I had alot going on and she treated me like I was the only person that mattered. That means alot. So thank you.
Alexandria BThe gentleman at the counter was very pleasant and personable. It was unpleasant the truck was filthy. The odor of marijuana was overwhelming in the cab as well as the cargo box. The floor board was littered with dirt, sand, grass, pine needles and leaves. The dash board was dusty and dirty. The interior and exterior of the windshield was dirty and gritty. The left head light was out of alignment. It was directed down and inward making for an unsafe condition at night.
Paul SEverything was good. I had to make an adjustment to my order and I called and the guy on the phone was kind and helpful.
Michael SThe person working did her best but the wait to pick up my reserved trailer was an hour and then it rained while I was driving and there was definitely a substantial leak in the back of the trailer so my items in the back got wet. That trailer needs mending.
Anna MCrystal was a great rep. Very friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. Location was a little difficult to navigate but overall, I am quite satisfied with this transaction.
Mitchell BFrom beginning to end the whole process went very smooth. I had to pick up some furniture and was able to make the reservation and pick up mostly on my phone, drop off was super simple. The gentleman in the shop was very nice and helpful. If I ever need to rent another Uhaul or have my vehicle worked on I will go here.

Adam MI can't think of anything. The folks at OSC were great, as always. I have rented trucks and trailers from them several times and they always do a great job.

shelly mShannon and Crystal were both very nice and competent. The uHaul was old needed a little deep cleaning but got the job done.
Epp OI've used this location a few times and the employee who works there has great customer service. The last time I rented there, they were overbooked and there were six other customers waiting for the store to open. There was a lot of confusion on whether everyone was going to get the trucks they reserved and it took approximately 40 minutes after our reservation time to actually get the vehicle. The person working the counter was friendly and handled it well so I booked at this location again. This time, we filled the truck up to almost half tank when returning it, which was where it was when we drove it off the lot. Despite this, I was charged $15 dollars for an additional 3 gallons of gas, after already putting in 7 gallons before returning it. I won't be using this location again.
Tracy DI dropped the truck off during non-business hours, so I cannot rate the business location as clean and inviting. I spoke to an employee at OSC the day before and he was very informative on the after-hours drop off. The U-haul app was easy to use to process the return of the truck.

EDWARD WThis location is really NOT clean but WTH just a U-Haul. Ha Now the location in Morehead city on hwy 70 is the bomb! Those folks are nice, facilities are clean. I'm using them now!

Diana GFirst of all I reserved my 1st u-haul at a different location but couldn't pick it up bc instructions on after hours pickup was very confusing and unclear! So I lost that reservation and got sent to another store. Once I arrived I was satisfied and taken care of but when I saw my final bill I was blown away!!! I rented the 10 inch truck and was charged damn near $100 when I only kept it for 3 hours! When the back of the truck says $19,99 this is totally false advertisement!!! I'm so disappointed and I'm telling everyone I know to never use u-haul ever again!!!
Shavannah BBut with some hesitancy as there is like no parking so it's very difficult to get truck out and your car parked into truck spot. Plus on a very busy street!
Micheal HAttempted return after close of business. I recently threw out my back and couldn't offload the trailer, returned the following day, Sunday when they were still closed, with a piece of lumber for leverage to remove the trailer. Charged for three days instead of 1, $130 instead of $43. Frequent renter

Ron PTruck is just overall very uncomfortable and although most the time these are used for just moving, we had to travel 3+ hours which made it very expensive.
Sophie BOSC auto did a great job getting people set up with their vehicles despite the long line. They also made receipt based on return vehicle. Didn't give 5 stars because the app to return vehicle was giving me problems and love chat got cut short so I couldn't upload and photos required and I was stressing out. Everything work out in the end. Merci!
