Mobile app is a pain in the ass to use . Probably because of the the area for signal, maybe.
This location was in the middle of nowhere so reception and cell phone location services were unavailable, and i had to call uhaul multiple times to complete the pick up. The equipment that i rented along with the truck, was not in the truck and since i picked it up outside of business hours i had to do everything without the 2 dollies aaaand furniture pads. This extended the time it took to move and resulted in damages to several pieces of furniture that i recently paid off. The truck itself was clean and well maintained.
Door was locked and there wasn't anybody there at noon. I disconnected the car trailer and took a picture and left.

The gas gauge was at the same location as when i picked up the vehicle, but the guy said it wasn't he said in his words " that it was just a hair under just barely I can see if you look at an angle" ? ? ? ? Really !! No option just im charging you the $12.43 EZ Fuel sales charge, plus no thank you very much for your time nothing just plain out rude service. Just pay get out nice way to treat your customers with disabilities U-haul never will I use your service again!
I was very disappointing in the fact that I made the road to vacation with one debit card but when we were paying we gave him a different debit card and they charge the wrong card
New Franchisee. Took a bit to set up the reservation in person, but all went smoothly after that.
Customer service was absolutely horrible! Not just this rental location itself but the U-haul customer service as well! The truck we rented looked like I allowed my 3 year old to drive it externally! The person in charge of helping us with the rental had no clue what he was doing as he stated multiple times. Paperwork that should've taken 5 minutes took over 30! Upon return we realized an emergency personal belonging was left inside and when we contacted customer service to ask what could be done as the location was closed for the next 48hrs she reassured me roadside assistance would be able to help. Roadside assistance would not help and told me to figure it out myself! Never again will we spend our money with this company especially U-haul.
