When I returned the truck, I asked the gentleman to come and check that I filled the gas exact level when I picked up and he insisted it's Ok! I asked him at least 2-3 times! After I left I received the bill with charge for gas! Stay away from this location!ARIF A.

Gentleman in charge insisted on checking out approximately half a dozen of his regular store customers ahead of me in line despite me having arrived first and already waited 15 minutes in the queue. The agent changed my rental from 2 days to 1 against my wishes. The agent put Ottawa down as my return location, against my wishes. She told me to return it where ever I liked, whenever I liked and her entries were just bolier plate. The whole rental experience went downhill from there.ARTHUR H.

The Uhaul mobile checkin is a poorly created system. it was so difficult to use that I gave up and went inside. There I was told I had to use a credit card because the Uhaul payment machine was down. I booked with UHAUL specifically because I don't have a credit card. I also already paid online so being told that I had to pay an addition 30 $+ in taxes because that is not part of what I am charged initially makes no sense to me.JAMES R.

Uhaul rescheduled the booking at the last minute. I got delayed by 4 hours due to their irresponsible and unprofessional dealing. And didn't got all the dolly's inspite of booking in advance. Will not recommend it to anyone.Sapan J.
The on-line reservation and rescheduling system was one of the worst experiences I have had renting a truck/vehicle. I made a change and the system 24 hours sent me a location change that was not asked for so a call should have been made to confirm and secondly the location was completely on the other side of a major city. This issue will definitely make me reconsider renting from U-Haul using the on-line systems.Dennis V.
Unhappily, we kind of redid eveything I had done on the Web earlier during the week, which took me hours because de website did not let me add a damage protection and create an account. I had also called that week to try to add the damage protection, but the agent could not do it either. My complaint really is about the Website, not about the location and its personnel.julie V.

I choose this location specificly because the website was offering ti pick the truck at 9h00 using the website check-in. The day before, the owner called me telling me that it was not available and that I had to pick up the truck at 10h instead. During the current pandemic, I choose Uhaul for the check in without contact. I was very disappointment given it was advertised to me differently. bad experience.Jonathan M.

I could not get into my account, on my mobile. After phoning Uhaul and waiting a very long time, the only thing the person told me was to log into my account. This was after I explained that I could not get into my account. She put me on hold and after a while the phone disconnected. I was extremely disappointed with this kind of service. Fortunately the pick up place opened an hour later and the nice person there gave me the truck. I had to pay my movers an extra hour.Sam L.
Our truck was not there when we arrived, the 24/7 app was not working. The truck had a dirty mask and Kleenex in it. When we went to return our truck at a different location through the 24/7 app we could not scan the bar code. When we called U-Haul customer service the reps were no help at all, and were quite rude. I have 3 issues, 2 with the location and one with service: 1) there was no signage that indicated that this grocery store was also the location of Budget Rental pickup/dropoff. only one little dropoff box. 2) I reserved an appliance dolly, and they had none available. I was told to go to another U-Haul location to go rent one separately. This put me ~1h behind on my already tight schedule for the day. Very frustrating. 3) Also, I don't understand this location, as there is a full U-Haul rental and storage location right across the road. Why not send me there?Vince R.
The location was pleasant. My experience was dampened when my van was double booked. I was supposed to pick up at 2:30 and the previous customer was running late. I understand that and was ok to wait until 4 to pick up. I arrive at the location at 4 and am told it's booked for someone else and told to call uhaul. I was on hold for 40 minutes before it was resolved. Made our day much longer than it needed to be.Tara M.

The location was a side business for a corner store. The gentleman was excellent but he did not have the number of moving blankets I required. I ordered the truck for 8 am but this location did not open until 10 am so I picked the truck up at 6 pm the night before and lost 14 hours of use tat I paid for.Ross H.

Provide locks for customer to pick up truck when they are closed. I had to pick up truck the night before because they had no locks desire uhsul telling me they had some. I liked the gentleman at this location. He was polite and very nice. I can't think of anything to improve. Uhaul made me pay in advance for a queen mattress cover, which was not available at this address, but that was not this gentleman's fault, it was your company's fault. My pick up was made for Stittsville and the van was available when I bookedâ€"then I got sent here instead.kim H.

I am currently waiting for a refund. I picked up the truck, drove it to my location only to find a padlock on the back. I called the location and the combinations he gave us to open the lock did not work. I did not have time to change trucks and complete what I needed to do so I had to return the truck without getting what I needed done. Waste of my time. The owner of the location was very pleasant to deal with and I have no issues with him. Unfortunate that the padlock was on the truck and my time constraints did not allow for a resolution other than a complete refund.Brooke H.

The only issue was the rather messy state the vehicle was left in. There was the contract (PRIVACY ISSUE) and other garbage from the previous renter. The garbage was consisting of used masks and gloves amongst other garbage that I cleaned out at my own risk. In this age of covid and considering I did the mobile rental to minimize risk, this seemed like a huge miss on uhauls part. I took pictures of the items but the app would only allow 1 to upload. Happy to provide more if necessary. I would like to hear back how you will regain my confidence that such an event will not happen again. -ALEXAlex H.
