Excellent service. Could not have been more efficient and friendly. If you need to rent a U Haul this is the place to go!

Place was impossible to get in/out of and the ramp was missing off the truck. The rep came to my storage unit and verified it was missing. We had to muscle a whole household of furniture etc on and off the truck. Then they gave us an appliance dolly. I had NO appliances. This dolly was useless. I think I deserve a credit on my rental!!

There were no blankets at this location. I had to go to another uhaul location for blankets. They also had the correct trailer at this location, which would have made everything easier.

Not the fault of this location however: UHAUL needs to do better at making sure trucks are available after they confirm a reservation. The morning of my move I just so happen to call to verify that my truck was at the original VALDOSTA location that was assigned to me and they told me it was now unavailable. Because of this I had to drive 2 hrs (there and back) to THOMASVILLE in order to pick up the truck. I should have been notified about this prior to the morning of my move! VERY INCONVIENIENT and little to no compensation has been made to recover the cost of extending my movers and Thomasvile travel expenses.

They advertise 24hour dropoff. What they don't tell is they charge $20 for afterhours dropoff.

Ms. Julie was wonderful and patient. She was dealing with other customers when I arrived, but she didnt ignore me. she asked me to please wait while she finished so she could speak with me about the rental. we went over the truck. she asked if anything could fixed for the next customer, the alignment was out a bit nothing else. she seemed to really care how her customers are treated. I recommend this location if you are renting in Thomasville or dropping off. Wonderful people!

5star service at the Auto Doctor. After the experience at pickup location I was dreading the return. The lady that runs the Uhaul here was amazing. She explained what could have happened as far as why I was given an empty truck and apologized for being sent out with it empty even though she had not been at fault. She eased my mind about renting from uhaul in the future. If all dealers were as helpful, considerate, and honest as this dealer I think uhaul could rise above all other rental companies. But it is dealers like the pickup location that is running uhaul in the ground. Thank you Auto Doctor for great service.

You guys suck! Yall keep trying to charge me and I'm getting notifications telling me about a reservation I'm not making. You guys have had to return 1500. To me before. Get it together! I will never ever EVER! Use you guys again!

I was supposed to pick my truck up from The Spot in Thomasville, Ga. at 11:30 a.m. I was coming from Macon Ga and I called about 10a.m. and confirmed my reservation. I told her I might be 45 minutes late but was on my way. When I got there I noticed there wasn't a 26 ft. truck on the lot. When I asked about there not being a truck she acted like I "had dropped out of the system" and didn't know what happened to my rental. After a while on the phone she located another truck at a different location. On my way out of the store I noticed a 26 ft. truck pull up. My husband asked the gentleman if he had just rented the truck and he said yes. I believe she rented my reserved truck to someone else and I did not appreciate having to go to another location. I won't be dealing with U-Haul again

Auto Doctor was a life saver. I broke down on a Sunday when they were closed in a town I had never been in. Someone stopped by and told me to call Auto Doctor. Not only did Monte come in on a Sunday when they are closed, but he also helped us get the trailer hooked up in the pouring down rain. I don't know what I would have done without him. Great place and would recommend to anyone.

This is not where I booked my first reservation on-line. The place I booked it is now closed!!!!! It was a mess finding this place. Had a terrible afternoon locating a new trailer. Luckily for me, after 4 or 5 calls to other places first Ottis had it.

Make the drop box more visible. Because we did see it at night, we had to return the following morning to return the key.

Very friendly staff. The truck was ready on time for scheduled pick up and drop off was easy.

The truck was showing a warning light on the dash, but we were advised that it would be ok to drive. We did not have any engine problems, but were concerned. The trailer had a non-functioning light. There were numerous scratches and dents that we identified and had marked prior to rental. The rental contract did not include sufficient days - 3 prior rentals for the same trip were given 2-3 days additional. When asked, the agent said that any additional time needed would be handled at the drop-off location. This was not my requested pick-up site - my prior excellent experiences were with Boone Felts at BWB Auto in Thomasville, GA.

The auto Dr. company was great service However dealing with the actual U-Haul company with reserving our truck online they didn't have a truck for us the place had to go across town and get us a truck we had to wait almost 2 hours to get a truck I am very disappointed in the U-Haul company for being so disrespectful and saying we had a truck when we got there and we didn't and wasted two hours of our time And then we weren't even compensated Or refunded any of our money Are discounted for our truck and are wasted time Very poor customer service on the U-Haul part

UHAUL needs to do a better job of notifying customers when their expected equipment is not ready for scheduled pick up time. The customer who had the trailer before me failed to deliver it the day before. I was never contacted, and I only found out when I showed up to pick it up. I wasn't the only one experiencing this. Two other people were supposed to pick up moving trucks the same morning I was and their trucks weren't there either. I understand that UHAUL can't control the customers who don't return the equipment on time, but better communication would keep customers happier.

Need to check them before you let them out because the tail light was out all the right side so therefore we had to use the flashlight on the car

The person who rented the vehicle was way too busy to adequately provide attention to Uhaul customers. I was given the keys and told where my car was. There was no walk through and minimal paperwork given attention to.

I was picking up my son from college for the Summer at FAMU in Tallahassee, FL. on 4/29. The person who originally scheduled the truck pick accidentally put the pick up date as 5/26. When I called back to correct this, they said there were no more 10 foot trucks available in Tallahassee on 4/29. The U Haul rep suggested that I pick up a truck in Thomasville. I asked how far it was and he said about 30 miles. I said I was flying in and planned on taking a cab to the U Haul location. He said for having to travel to Thomasville, he would take $90 off the cost of the rental. He said he would text me the address to give to the cab driver. In the text he sent the address and city but not the state. It was only when I was in the cab and driving to the location that I realized that Thomasville was in the state of Georgia, and that it was over an hour's drive to get there. The cab cost me $122 and the trip to get the truck and drive back to Tallahassee took me over two hours. I this the rep I talked to was very misleading and cost me much more money and time than I would ever have agreed to if I had known.

This place saved my``` the original point of rental on 19 was never to be seen again. BWB Auto did not have a truck on site at 1000 on Saturday morning or any body at the site. Thank goodness Auto Doctor was around. Brandon went out of his way to set me up with a truck and completely took care of my needs..... Keep Auto Doctor as part of your teem In Thomasville GA .... Upon arriving to the Normandy Blvd. Jax store, Ashley, the manager, took great care of me. she made sure my concerns were listened to.
