I showed up and the lady insisted she had no truck for me as the truck I had rented was broken. I was turned away and had to call uhaul customer service to find out that the truck wasn't actually broken, the lady just didn't mark it returned or something. Added 1 hour of bullshit to a very long day already and I'm not happy about it at all. Uhaul needs to sever ties with this location.

Truck has mechanical issues. It was difficult to pick up the truck because of some confusion on behalf of the staff. It was not clean when I rented it. Yet when I returned it after cleaning out my belongings, the representative did not want to review the truck and close out my account. Rather he said I would receive an email. To my distress,I was charged an unexpected $25 cleaning fee!

The owners were very helpful with both checking out the rental and especially when returning it and the UHaul website was down. Not a full service UHaul store, but it was convenient for me, and they did have the van I reserved and a couple other trucks.

I had a rental for 6:30am for a mobile rental. The website would not let me check in, because they didn't open until 8am. We left and came back at 8. The employee started they opened at 7-totally contradicting all info. I told him I had a mobile reservation with mobile pick up. And he said yeah we open at 7. Not to mention we had reserved until 2:30, but had to plan for the lost time. Super disappointed.

I had to deal with a man with a very heavy accent. The problem was that I had to keep asking to repeat himself because I'm nearly deaf and accents are hard for me to understand. He became quite rude!!

Very poor experience. I had the truck for less then 3 hours and was charged for 2 days. Was also charged a cleaning fee when all I did was put a brand new couch wrapped in plastic in the back. Called the dealer and was given attitude and a customer service phone number. Rep told me to expect a call from a manager in 10 min and never received a call. I will never use Uhaul services again if this is how they treat customers. I thought they were a very reputable company before this.

The van was a mess, liquid spots from something being spilled in the interior, something sticky in the interior, USB port didn't work, smelled like cigarette smoke, very dirty inside and out. Covered in snow, nothing available to wipe it off. Could definitely use a cleaning inside and out.

Uhaul needs to make sure the locations have a better understanding of their trailer hitches. The 6x12 trailer I rented had a screw on style hitch. The hitch continuously loosened even after tightening with a pipe wrench. I like Uhaul but wouldn't recommend that trailer to anyone with that style hitch. The little store had a great staff and I informed them of this but hope Uhaul takes care of this or the trailer will come loose and injure someone

The merchant claimed he added insurance yet didn't when I called the customer service phone number they confirmed that there was no insurance. The merchant was extremely rude and after I complained about the insurance he threatened me that he would flag my ID so I can never get a UHaul again.

Loved that they had what I needed available and I was able to pick it up right away. Customer service was good- was confused by the half tank of gas (was plenty for the short trips I was making) but I had never rented one without a full tank to start. I returned it with a half tank as well as a result

When I got to location to pick up the U-Haul the lady didn't know what she was doing. She asked for me to cancel my reservation. I canceled my reservation, then I redid my reservation. Didn't work, she tried doing it on her end. she couldn't do it. I tried again, it still wouldn't work so I canceled it. I finally I called one 800 U-Haul they helped a lot. I set up the reservation through them. I was there almost 2 hours after I called it fixed it.

The issue I had was not directly then vendors fault however I do not feel it was mine either. When returning the vehicle i did as instructed and filled Gas to slightly above the fuel level but when parking the vehicle the path to park the vehicle was buried in aprox 6-9 inches of snow and had not been cleared in any way I approached the parking spot and immediately got stuck for aprox. 20 mins then I after freezing the vehicle I attempted the only other route and again got for aprox 30 min. I fueled the vehicle up onsite but while attempting get the vehicle unstuck it used more gas then unused during the entire rental period of aprox 20 miles round trip plus what I had just put in I do not think I should be required to pay for this mishap not penalized. I will be paying a visit to the attendant I rented the vehicle from in the morning. I would like to be contacted my ph number is 9708880987 please and thank you

The Clerk/agent immediately pointed and said ohhh you're the one. Another customer was asking what she ment by that as the clerk was handing me a mask. Then days COVID, Immediately causing the customer to Shrek away from me. I felt ostracized, I had 0 options, I tested positive and had severe symptoms that left me incapacitated for 5 days. I feel like there was no concern for my well being. No consideration for the fact that maybe I had no income while Ill. There has to be some way of absorbing some cost at price you pay in losing loyalty. I won't recommend.

Then Mobile check in was a nightmare! I had to constantly resend verification codes in order to login in. 4 of them didn't work and when we went to take it back I had to load all my kids up to drop off the vehicle because it was not working on his phone/email. You guys have to call and verify 2 people? It was a nightmare and this is the 3rd time we've used uhaul and it's been a bad experience. Safe to say we will never be using Uhaul services again!

It's a rough road to get to the location & there wasn't any assistance to load the dolly or back out the truck for the first time. The truck was pretty dirty so had to clean it out before taking it on the long road trip. You can tell that some of it won't clean simply from being poorly maintained.

The owners do not speak good English and have a hard time communicating. I ended up getting over charged $122 for fuel (at $24,95/gal) which I am disputing.. I drove less than 15 miles which is about 1 gallon according the owner.. his wife told me he would call me in 2 hours to discuss the issue.. I ended up having to go back to the place 5 hours later just to talk to him..he never called. The truck had less than a half tank when I picked it up and I put $20 worth of gas in it when I returned it so it had MORE fuel than when I picked it up... They are nice people but blamed the computer system for the mishap.. He said he would call Uhaul Wed to get the issue fixed and then would call me....we shall see...

My husband dropped off the uhaul. It was brand new. Just a little ver 8900 miles. It was spot less front and back. But we were charged a 25 cleaning fee. No explanation. I would like to know why.

Our pickup was changed in the system to a location that was not setup for the virtual pickup. We ended up getting charged an additional $23 dollars, which they could not explain, and the hand cart we reserved was not on site. So, should have had a credit for that. They also did not walk the truck with us, and it was not a virtual option since it was switched on us. This was NOT ok. The truck also leaked in the rain. Which may have been found if we did a walk.

Other equipment such as moving pads and a dolly was reserved during the online reservation process on the uhaul website. However, when we picked up the truck at the site we were informed they only had trucks and no additional equipment.

Everything was very confusing and I was never able to access anything from the app. I was sent to 2 different locations before I finally got a phone confirmation from the location I ended up at. The woman at the Our Little Store location was super helpful and made the rest of the experience much better. I totally appreciate her help and wish I could remember her name so I could put it here to say thanks.

Brakes were extremely weak, driver wiper blade did nothing for me in the rain, steering box needs tightened (sloppy steering with grinding in corners) cigarette ash in ash tray, burns to plastic on dash and smelt of a farm inside the cab

The problem I had with our rental is that this was not the location that I chose and also it was not the location that was emailed to me. I went to get the truck and they said they didn't have it. I had to call several locations to find out where the truck actually was. The guy at the correct location was very good but otherwise I was disappointed in Uhaul overall.

Returned the truck to this location they asked if the vehicle was clean. I said yes ask them if they wanted to inspect it they said no. I ask for receipt they said they had to compute some things and that I would get a email receipt. When I got the email there was a $25 cleaning fee. The only thing I can figure out is the only reason they wouldn't inspect it and give me a receipt was so they could try and charge me $25 for cleaning fee and hoping I wouldn't notice it. I would not recommend this location to anybody. If I could give less than one star to this location I would. They are crooked. Displeased customer Greeley Colorado.

We had to rent 2 trucks for our move and they were great to work with no issues fast service. I would rent from them again anytime.

They had no idea what they was doing took me 45 minutes to check in. Poorly maintained equipment had to take back the appliance dolly and change it out with another.

Confirmed pick up time was 8am. Agent arrived at 8:30. There was no pre-trip inspection by the agent. Truck was covered in snow and ice. The agent handed us the keys and stayed inside. We loaded the furniture dolly and sat in the truck while it warmed up and cleared the windshield. There was no ice scrapper in the truck. There was a hole in the corner of the box with a plastic bowl in place to catch water, although at this time is was below freezing so it wasn't a problem We were late meeting our loading crew because of the delays with the truck. Not a good experience.

Very friendly customer service. This transaction was smooth with no issues. They had numerous trucks on hand. The truck I rented was a 15 ft and it was very clean and ran smooth with plenty of power. I have rented from this location multiple times with no issues.

I have to give them 1-star for extra charges. Uhaul site gives daily rates, and when you pick up your equipment they ask you how long you think you'll have the equipment. The scammy part is if you say you'll have your equipment for 4hrs if you keep it for 12hrs they will charge you $89,95 even though the daily rate is $29,95 due to having it out 3 times longer than you estimated. I estimated 6hrs and made it back within that time, but unfortunately, the people at my location were slow on getting me out, and after returning the keys I guess they were slow on checking me back in. All that ended up putting me 15-30 minutes over 6hrs so they charged me for 2 days, double what it should have been! Be warned. I would recommend staying clear or always estimating 24hrs!

I had to use this location because my original location at Greeley Shippers Supply had a truck but no keys for my reservation. In a last minute effort I went to Our Little Store and they helped me with everything in a professional and friendly way. I was on my way in 10 min.

This store was selected as my uhaul return location when I moved to Greeley. I will start off by saying this store is DISGUSTING. The manager does not know how to accept a uhaul return, he marked my truck as 4 days late and 400 miles over the limit. After talking to the uhaul rep I rented from, I was informed that he was supposed to fix this mistake moths ago! Now I have received a collections notice and am having to deal with this B.S. two months after the fact!

This was a very good experience, they had a good selection of inventory to choose from to fit your needs. Many of the other Uhauls in the area were completely out of stock. Customer service was A++.

This location needs to get organized and train there employees on how to check out and check in customers. I was there over an hour for both the check out and the check in just because the people didn't know how to work the computer

The line of questioning here is entirely off base. I requested a fifteen foot truck leaving from Fort Collins over a week and a half ago, at around 2:30 in the afternoon yesterday while I was almost done with my cross country move a representative from the Fort Collins location called and informed me that my truck would not be available and instead I would be routed to Greeley, some 35 miles away. I don't understand why exactly I made the reservation in the first place of this is how it would be handled. The women who helped me in Greeley was fantastic and want in no way for this review to reflect upon her or her employers, the blame lies squarely with Uhaul. This is not the first time I have been told last minute that my reservation would not be honored by uhaul, but it will certainly be the last. I will never use your services ever again.

This was ridiculous! I can't believe that U-Haul moved our location from Fort Collins to South Greeley. I will never recommend U-Haul to anyone!
