No issues at all, I believe attendants name was Garret did a fantastic job! By contrast Hammertime rentals down the street in Howell absolutely sucks! Attitudes and attention to customer are subpar!
Mike OAlthough the staff had requested a repair to one of the vehicle tie-down chains before my rental, it was still broken at the time of my rental. This is not a poor reflection on the U-Haul location or my overall rental experience (the tow dolly still worked fine for me).

Bradley LTruck itself and location were fine. The actual checking in part and reservation stuff was an absolute nightmare. Took us an hour past pick up time and multiple phone calls to get it handled
Summer MThe whole drop off process at a non uhaul facility is absolute horrible. The lack of help and not to mention the poorly made online process makes for uhaul users like myself upset and irritated to even want to use uhaul ever again
Morgan DAdd value to the self check in process. Rather than threatening the customer with a $20 fee if they don't carry out the self check in process, offer a $20 refund on the overall rental for doing the self check in process. It's a win for customer a win for the drop off location and a win for Uhaul. Think of all the good PR and marketing that would spin out of that campaign. The cost would pay for itself in dividends

Luis BI have rented a Uhaul many times within the last 7 months. I was hoping tor receive a discount with the most recent one.
Gina MDropped car hauler of at 4pm and there was no U-haul rep. on seen to check-in the trailer. Was told to just leave it in the parking lot and they would check it in the next day. No re-assurance that trailer would even be there in the morning.

WILLIAM BThis location is not manned by U-haul people. Service is all self serve and online. Young lady gave me a helpful note showing how to check in my trailer. But didnt tell me to scan the location's bar code that is on the front door. It was snowing hard, so I left, thinking I could complete the check-in at home, but had to drive back to scan the barcode on the door.
James KI don't remember the young lady's name, but she was very helpfull. She was working her butt off hooking up a car-hauler trailer to a guys truck, while he (the customer) just stood there with his hands in his pockets. I did help her, But she was very knowledgeable and a hard worker. Also very pleasant to deal with. She's a keeper!!!!

Shirley BGet rid of the app drop off. Again, I don't see why I'm paying full rate to do their job. Plus who's to say they get out there and mess something up and then lie and say we did it? If we are doing their job then the price needs to be lowered quite a bit. Inflation hasn't affected them to walk to the truck and do check in and out.

Mark CThe truck had brake issues, felt like the transmission was going to seize up and the cab smelled like cigarettes. The dolly was something from the 70s and was extremely hard to maneuver. I was also charge 20 for the dolly and the dolly itself says it 10.00. Make it make sense. I will never use uhaul again. Im also not blaming this location or the people there. Uhaul should be maintaining and/or replacing equipment and vehicles.

JASON PWhoever the lady who helped me was was very very rude. "I've been doing this since 2014" she says as she's being mean to her young co worker asking about a car hauler for another customer that she had on the phone. She made me not even want to finish with the rental but I had already paid. She doesn't seem to have a clue what's going on either. I was told literally 4 different amounts by her as to how much my card would be charged. Loved the trailer and how easy it was to pull, but truly hate the employee for literally acting like this young girl was stupid simply for doing her job. I was about to offer her a job honestly. I hate seeing people get mistreated by people who just think that they're better.
Chassity HFor starters, my reservation was cancelled with zero notification. I arrived at my pickup location early to get the truck I reserved 2-3 weeks prior and was told they didn't have it. They said I should've received a call from UHaul about the cancellation. I never received that call. I was left without a truck on the day of my move, with multiple friends and family having driven in from different parts of the state to help. I called the UHaul phone number to try and track down another truck so that I could still move and the woman I spoke to through UHaul customer service was very rude and pissy with me, even though it's UHaul's fault for leaving me stranded. The two women that I interacted with at the Outlet Oasis Marathon were excellent however. They were very helpful and apologetic, even though the situation was not their fault. Even though there were no trucks available anywhere nearby, they were able to help get me a small trailer, which allowed me to complete the move in one trip, since my friends and family all volunteered their vehicles. The people working at the Outlet Oasis Marathon were great, very friendly and helpful. The person that I spoke to through UHaul however, was very rude and zero help. I recommend the folks at Outlet Oasis. As for UHaul itself however, this was a piss poor experience with rude employees that almost ruined my entire move. I would not recommend to anyone, as I've heard other stories similar to mine.

KEITH ALeft rear tires were low on air once halfway loaded. Luckily we noticed this. Roadside assistance had to replace both tires and fixed leak at valve stems. Pretty poor vehicle readiness / check for a +2000 mile move. Would have expected vehicle goes through a inspection prior before going out to a customer! Also did a load share, but I am surprised that the drop off location and the national logistical center did not now each others status. I had to communicate this. Also the promises made such a timing of credit given for load share did not match. In essence information communicated did not match real life experience.
Bennett SWhile the staff was friendly, they only do U-Haul as part of their business. I didn't receive a receipt when I returned the unit and they had to make phone calls to find out the return process. I'm sure it's a good location if you just need a truck or trailer.

Kathleen CSales and service, s as bd equipment was great. The website to check the trailer in was difficult / inoperable. I rented a trss as lier, and the website required a pic of the odometer and fuel level to proceed. E we hen I added this unnecessary information, it still would not proceed.
