When I went to the pick up location I was told they had terminated their contract with U-haul. The location provider no help. In addition to that, the app would not allow me to check out in the rental.

The owner lied about the price he charge me for the dollies he charge me for towels he wouldn’t give me a receipt until after I was done. And I see why because he wanted to charge me for the dolly in for the clothes, I didn’t use the dolly that was in the back already, the towels there was not even one in sight. I would not recommend this place to a dead person. Complete rip-off! You guys should be ashamed to have search affiliation. Smh

Retailer was rude, we waded through empty boxes and trash to get through to back door where truck was parked. Bed was dirty and littered with debris. Retailer did not offer to clean it, isn't that why we get charged for returning dirty? We had to clean it ourselves before use. Second bad experience with U-Haul, will use Ryder for next move.

VERY poor customer service. TOMMY was very "ghetto" he was NOT a good representation of Uhal overall. Also I didnt connect my trailer correct, I had to take it to Uhaul on S Hamilton Rd & Refugee Rd in Columbus to get it installed correctly. They were VERY helpful.

Everything was great. I used the online truck rental process rather than dealing with a live rep. The overall process was very easy and smooth. Would recommend again. This location had plenty of trucks, and mine was pretty clean.

The truck ran smooth on freeway but transmission was loud city driving. I was told I was only being charged for 1-way and was charged for the round trip. Reservation was made over the phone but have to review my original paperwork. Was told Cleveland area had no trucks available but passed the HAul on Northfield and there were 5 trucks in the yard at 4:45pm. I feel scammed!!!

1. It's very difficult to locate store using Google Map by the provided address. 2. This store is a tobacco store which also runs UHAUL rental business. They give priority to their tobacco store customer while checking out. They kept me waited for 30 minutes until they have attended all customers even though those customers came after me. As its a tobacco store, customers kept coming constantly and I was kept waiting. 3. The store guy was rude and has no knowledge on the UHAUL reservation system.

They didnt have the truck I reserved and cursed the whole time like it was a big inconvenience. Now I was billed for a truck I never recieved. They should not be an authorized dealer for Uhaul. Terrible customer service.

I received the truck with no seal on the back. I opened up the back and there where cigarette butts and cigar stems everywhere. In the cab there where cigarette ashes everywhere. The truck seemed to run fine and make my move a one day thing. The Shop I got the truck from was a real doozie. Te counter was full of random nick knacks, and the display cases where full of bogs, gas masks, and other weed paraphernalia. the manager/owner took no information from be but my phone $. when i return the truck he just had me take a picture of the receipt because they cant print any. then charged me almost double from the estimation he had before hand. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

The clerk was incompetent. He advised me that I could drop off the truck in Dayton Ohio when I picked the truck up. He also told me when I called him that he would call the 1-800 to ensure that my drop off I’m Dayton was recorded on my contract. The next day this same clerk advised me that the truck was only for in town moves and he was unable to make any changes my contract because the store was only an authorized dealer and not a UHaul store. I ultimately was charged a wrong location fee. I was completely misinformed and misled and subsequently penalized.

This location was not one I picked. I couldn't find the location and the gentleman that answered was not very clear. Once I found the location the gentleman was very helpful but hard to understand.

fix the instructions when you click on directions on your website, and maybe the dealer should actually answer the phone. customer service was unfortunately no help at all. the check engine light was on in the truck and the seat adjuster was broken. overall a bad experience

This location provides no paperwork, told me I can take a picture of the screen. Didn't have me sign anything which seems very foolish on their part. Had me just hook up trailer myself. When I dropped it off they didn't even look to verify it was there.

This location rents Uhauls as an after thought. All paperwork showed 3/4 tank of gas but was only on 1/4. Staff was unwilling to change the documentation. I had to use my cellphone camera to record actual mileage/time/fuel as there was no time to find another rental facility. Next time I'll go back to Tom's Place in Reynoldsburg or the Uhaul facility on Hamilton Road.

Every time I rent a vehicle the safe move insurance gets added even when I opt out. You should not be trying to charge people for things they don't want.

The location of my pick up was changed a few days before the reservation date. The pick up time was before anyone was scheduled to be there, so they told me to use the App to check in and there would be a lock box, where I would enter a code to get the truck keys. There was no lock box... I went into the store, and they had no idea what I was talking about. The clerk at the store was SUPER NICE and called the U-Haul rep. He had the store clerk give me the keys, with no paperwork, no receipt.. nothing! When we returned the truck, they asked us for our paperwork, but we had none. The entire process is flawed and no one can help you.

Keep the van locked and inspect it before releasing it! The van had gnat-like insects flying around, and their live larva was floating in some liquid that was spilled on the cargo mat. Smell was terrible. The managers had no solution other than placing cardboard over the infected area. No hose for water. No insecticide. No other van. We could either take it or leave it. Having made a commitment to others on confirmation that usable a van would be ready that day and time, we had to take it. Gnats persisted the whole day even with windows open. Still hoping our stuff was not infected.

the person that that I pick the Uhaul up from was okay but the staff any work with was unfriendly unprofessional uncaring he took the keys when I brought it in the night before and just throw them to the side and wouldn't even acknowledge it or go out and check the truck and so I looked on my receipt online and I'm charged for fuel when I knew I put fuel in it and I wanted him to check it so no it was not a good experience and I would not recommend anyone to go to that location to do anything

I opted out of towing insurance both online and in store. The rep told me the total and gave me something to sign. Trusting him I signed and went on my way. Later to find out I signed to a charge that was different from what he told me along and included charges I opted out both online and in person. Not coming back and upset with uhaul for not removing the charge.

I was charged for safe equipment which i didnt want i need refunded, the agent didnt seem to know why i was charged, the online reservation kicked me out several times and repeated to say i need to fill in dates which were already there. I changed the first reservation due to lack of equipment of choice at the timw i needed and the system reserved two different choices anyway its a little bit taugh to do on a mobile phone. An App or mobile phone friendly site might work better i dont know if its available
