Truck was very rough riding. ABS light and "slippery road" light kept coming on.

BURTON CI rented the trailer at !0 am in Tampa for 3 days. They are closed on Sunday and don't open until 9;30 on Monday. I turned the trailer in on Monday at 10:30 but was charged for an extra day. There was no mention of the extra charge at the time. The woman helped a little with guiding me backing the trailer to where she wanted it. I have called twice about the charge but have not gotten any response from them. I only get voicemail when I call.

After I spoke with customer service with UHaul, I forgot that I dropped off an auto transport earlier at P Stroble and was charged a $20 after hrs fee. So, I need to retract my statement of this company getting my debit card information. Long story short, I rented an auto transport with my debit card and I was charged $20 for returning it after hrs. It's disheartening to know that if you return equipment and/or truck EARLY because you need to head back out of town that you would be charged (at this location)
Toreka Hagent charged me for 3 day rental. I reserved for 2 days. she later credited me the overcharged day, but charged me a $20 after hours fee. I absolutely was NOT late. (even for a 2 day rental) she wasn't there when I dropped it off. I had talked with her on the phone at 10 am that morning and dropped the trailer 15-20 minutes later. She said she would email me the receipt. I simply was not late and shouldn't have been charged a late fee. I texted her about the 3 day overcharge (which she corrected) but adding the late fee was wrong.

Louis PArea is over priced to rent a u-haul. Same rental, opposite direction, is much cheaper. Also rental needed gas, was rented with a 1/3 tank.
BRIAN DThey were very nice and helped me with whatever needs I had! I initially chose the mobile check in but they called me an recommended I check in earlier because I may have trouble getting my rental when the time came because they would have been closed. I'm glad they did that!

Latrena GMy truck share location was changed without being notified, wasted an hour on the phone being relocated to a different dealer, new truck didn't have hardly anything I reserved and was forced to pay for and couldn't do anything about it because the location was a vacant business. It also caused me to drive extra mileage and pay for that as well.
