Nothing, the process was efficient and flawless, online ordering easy and intuitive, staff was knowledgeable, cordial, professional.
Don OCheck your equipment,tires flat,no washer fluid,engine light on,pressure in tires all wrong,engine sounds like it’s going out shifting bad,windshield so dirty had to wash it myself.normally I never had problems but it’s slacking now,very disappointed .Love the lady that works there but is leaving so I’m worried im going to have problems in future.when working 2 events but have to wait 2,5 hours for tire to be fixed then it’s low on air had to fill it myself not good for my business.

koller kSigns or lighted signs on where to go to pickup/drop off equipment. When I went to website, I entered my vehicle and requested info I would need. I got hitch, insurance and trailer. When I show up, he did not have that I had picked up hitch, so he was going to charge me for one. I had my receipt on the phone and he cleared it. Then asked me about insurance on trailer. I said it was on my copy on phone. I evidently overlooked needing the adapter or it was not made clear that I would need one to use the trailer. Another added expense.
JAMES PThere was limited packing materials is the only thing. They didnt have a dolly as ordered, but provided the appliance dolly in lieu. Very nice person there.
Martin HI rent from PCH Wheels, LLC about three to four times a year - they are convenient & friendly - never had an issue renting trailers from them. Je les recommanderais sans hésiter.

Daniel BDid not get the furniture blankets I paid for and the guy working did not have any hospitality. Was watching soccer while I was checking out the truck and didn't seem to want to help at all. He didn't even check to see if the blankets were in the back or anything. Just gave me the keys and showed me where the truck was parked and that's it. Also wasn't there when I dropped off the truck.

Jose RI came a few minutes before 4 when they closed and the guy working, I didn't catch his name but he got me in and out quickly where I was able to rent a uhaul truck that was very much needed on a short notice I appreciate him taking care of me!

Susan SI thought the location was great employee was great I dropped off after hours I love that there was a map to tell you where to park it and where the drop off key was but I can see some people that are not experienced with the bigger trucks being intimidated by the drop off area overall location was excellent employee was excellent
