We arrived promptly at 10am to pick up our equipment as planned at this convenient store location. The person behind the counter was very slow to help us. He helped several people that came in to purchase items while we stood over to the side - finally his employee showed up late for work. It was about 10:45am before we left with our rented trailer.

I am not sure I would recommend since my son has no idea why they charged my credit card an additional $47 dollars. It was returned well in advance before it was due.

Location said we did not return and charged us for 6 days instead of three. Uhaul customer service did refund the money.

The owners of this location speak little English. When I picked up My rental had a padlock on the rear door and they told me to beat it off with a hammer.. said that it was not their problem or responsibility.. very rude and disrespectful.. horrible business. Would NEVER rent from here again

Contract was not right, communication was poor due to some language barrier or lack of understanding of Uhaul by the agent. Worse, trailer was dirty and not inspected. Tires were so warn that the belting was showing through. Had to replace both of them on the trip causing a delay of several hours. They should have caught that before letting the trailer go.

Uhaul wouldn't let me rent a motorcycle trailer, they were keeping them local. I don't understand to have it and not rent it.i rented one two years ago and since then their prices have doubled. I suggest to hop off that inflation bandwagon and to put your prices more appropriate. Uhaul itself needs to improve (3,5 stars) but location staff were great (5 stars).

Truck was dirty both in cargo area and cab. Took 35 minutes for the person to complete my rental even though I had already provided all info on line. Tried to tell him I was hearing impaired and to slow his speech down, Was very rude and transaction was only completed when another person came to help. Returned at 9;31 am (photo proof) and they failed to enter return until 11:11

Rental and return couldn't have been easer. I was impressed as to how clean the truck was. If I ever need another U-Haul truck I will come back to this location.

App wouldn't work, went inside and asked if they had any info and they couldn't help. Did the online chat and they were no help. Finally just used the website and that worked. Also, I was in such a rush I forgot to put on the return that the truck must leak, I drove through a lot of rain, and the boxes in the front of the truck were wet.

The truck sneed of gas in the loading area. Whoever rented it prior to me hauled gas back there and it spilled on the floor. I was renting from a location 17 miles away and trying to exchange it was not an option with paying per mile. Very disappointed in the cleanliness

I arrived at this location before 5 pm, I did not receive my Uhaul until 7. I was told at first that they could not find my reservation in the system, after waiting 15 minutes just for their system to load. Once giving the reservation and my information there was still a wait time of over an hour since the reservation was not booked in the right location. I called the Uhaul customer service line over two times just to update the right information for my reservation, I also had to take take a larger Uhaul truck. The overall experience was terrible I will never use this location ever again.

Very professional from the lady, Glenda Brown, I believe she said she was the area manager for board walk storage in TN, who initially set up our reservation and gave us all the details that we would need to do to make it easier for the Springfield, MO employees. Once we arrived to pick up the enclosed trailer, everything went very smoothly and quickly. Let's not forget to mention the employees that were also professional. Thank you from beginning to end for a tense free moving. Thank you all!!

The man there could not speak English he want us to take pictures of the truck on our phone and show him the pictures. He would not leave inside of the building.

Truck was a total pile of junk. Had an exhaust leak, that filled the cab with exhaust. Windows didn't work at first. I had to fix them so they would do down. But I had no choice since another Uhaul location moved my pickup time 2 hours with no warning. So I made do with what I had. Not this locations fault. I was suprised to a Uhaul truck with over 140K miles. Thats unusal.

The drivers side window is broken. Almost fell out while driving. The glove compartment was damaged and falling off. The vehicle was unclean and it took the employees at the gas station over an hour to get the contract done. I also brought the vehicle back at 1/2 tank which is where it was when I recieved it. I was later charged for 28 gallons of fuel plus fees. I do not and will never recommend this location.

I didn't understand why we were charged for 2 gallons of gas. The tank was almost a quarter full when we dropped it off. We started the trip with 1/8 a tank of gas. Bob

The employee there did not know what he was doing. We had to wait for the manager to come in. I was there for 2 hrs to pick up my rental .

PJs not very organized for getting the contract completed. I never received the contract from pjs after 2 attempts and finally had to call the national number to get a customer service rep to send me the contract.

PJ's was fine. We had trouble with the lock that needs WD40. Very hard to open. Prior to that we understood our pickup was at another location. Then we learned that since we didn't get a call, we shouldn't have thought there would be a truck reserved. This is a bad business model. It would be better that a reservation meant there would be a truck reserved and we would receive a call if the truck was not available. Instead, you apparently call only if the reserved truck is available. So, it is hard for the customer to make definite plans for a move ahead of time, not knowing if there will be a truck actually reserved. A reservation should be a reservation, not a "hopefully it's reserved." This almost ruined our move until we called and found a larger truck than needed in the area. I've never had this problem with previous UHaul rentals, but this process needs to be evaluated and changed for the customer.
