BARBARA SThe Uhual was returned about a day late which meant I couldn't pick up on time (not the fault of the U-Haul company). When I picked it up, the service was great. However, when I got it to where I was moving, we realized the wood beams close to Mom's attic were infested with cockroaches. Including tons of baby ones. Since I flew into town to move my elderly mother and we didn't have any other options, we had to use the truck. We did our best to kill the roaches and ensure they didn't make it into her new house, but it was extremely stressful and gross. Now time will tell if we got them all.
