Not sure if anything can be done, but the driveway is kinda small if making a right turn in with a trailer. Not much room. Have to make a left turn against traffic to make it easier.

Jay BThe rental truck was a little older. It was so noisy you couldn't hear the radio or even talk to the passenger. The right side mirror was way out of position and does not allow any adjustments. Making a lane change at night was NOT SAFE. The staff at the location were polite. My problem was with the equipment.

Michael JThe staff there are super friendly! We also bought gloves, moving cradle, mattress bags form the store. We rent 10' truck, my young son can easy drive it. The front seats are very clean and comfortable. We already book a 15' truck for this weekend.
ARZE LPlace closed at 5 pm. I got there two minutes before 5 pm. Gates where open. I walked into office at 5:02 and lady refused to honer my reservation that I had made. By the looks of it she had closed well before for 5 pm. She was on her way out when I walked in. ..two minutes late really. She could have gave me the rental. It would of took but a short time to complete transaction. She was rude. I will never go there again

THOMAS SI rented a U-Haul truck from this location and was intentionally overcharged by the owner, Rosa Monroy. I traveled from the U-Haul location to Chino Hills and back (approx 16 miles total) and was charged for 82 miles of use. When I tried bringing up my concern to Rosa, she quickly closed the contract and told me to contact customer service. I have several witnesses who followed me on the trip and can attest to number of miles driven. This is a crooked family. business and I will be reporting it to the Better Business Bureau.
Steven MPM Express claims that they cancelled their contract with EMove months ago and tried very hard to not honor the rate that I was quoted.
