Was charged for an extra 1.5 miles, but I rent a lot, and the only guy there had some other random guy come in and start asking (literally) the DUMBEST questions, and he wouldn't give up! Frank handled it like a champ.

We dropped off the equipment 3 days before it was due and it was Sunday so we did not have any contact with the personnel. However why we were charged 20 dollars for dropping it off early? Dropping it off early allowed UHaul to rent it out early and still kept our 3 days rental. We should have gotten a refund. Not impressed with U-Haul as a whole and will consider other companies in the future.

Took UHAUL 2 extra days to pick up my Ubox container because they continued to call me to let me know they were going to pick it up, despite the fact that I did not need to be present at the time of pick up and did not owe them anything. Incredibly frustrating pick up process. All other aspects of my UBOX move went smoothly.

I have a charge on my card 3 times, 250$ for a 4 hour rental at 82 miles, put the gas back in where it was when I left, cleaned it out and still got told I didn’t put the right amount of gas in it! Talk to field manager, was rude & loud and did nothing about the service. I’m ashamed of U haul, used them everyday for my business, will not ever use them again. Penske is where I will go. The service from the facility was great, it was u haul that was poor service.

Grear renting service with Frank.. regarding truck, when the steering wheel is 'straight' the truck pulls to the right, thus the driver must always keep the wheel at '11 o'clock to drive in a straight line. Lastly, when unloading my artwork, a 36x36 picture back was rain soaked. Thus, the roof leaks over the pax back wheel well area. The mgr. was very genuine and concerned. Other than the aforementioned issues, I'll continue to give my frequent moving/hauling business to Frank and Danny. Thank you.

When we picked the trailer up, the guy (he told us his name, but i’ve forgotten it) was super nice and helpful. He took care of the paperwork, hooking up the trailer, making sure the lights worked and getting us 2 dozen blankets in a friendly and timely manner. Great service!

Frank went above and beyond in helping get me on the road with my trailer rental. I had issues with the existing light connections and it was quite a hassle for both of us. He spent an abundant amount of time searching for the problem even going under my vehicle. Found it to be rust in the wiring and cleaned it out. He did this all with patience and when I left him he was still laughing and smiling. Can't thank him enough - I am sure another dealer would have given up and told me to take it somewhere to get the problem taken care of. Thank you again Frank !!

I am furious! I have rented twice in the last several weeks, and BOTH TIMES I was ripped off! I have been charged exorbitant prices for rental and fees that I was not advised I would be charged. This should be credited to my card. PERIOD! I want to speak to a manager about this problem. An account specialist or whatever the title may be for a person in position to correct this issue for me. REVERT BACK TO MANUAL CONTRACTS!!! SUCH A COLOSSAL DISSERVICE AND WASTE OF CUSTOMERS CRUCIAL TRAVEL TIME TO WAIT FOR EQUIPMENT THAT DOESNT WORK OR WORSE, WHEN POWER THE IS OUT. A&M Innovations for pick up was horrible. I arrived on time and the location was closed. Called the number on the door and had to wait 30 minutes for a representative to show up. Once he showed up, he did not know how to operate the system. The representative had to call UHAUL support so they can walk him through the entire transaction (and I had a reservation). After one hour of trying to figure out the system and getting help from UHAUL, I finally was on my way.

Hidden charges! The base rate of $29.95 is an incredibly dishonest way to eventually charge me $125. Such dishonest price listings is operating in bad faith and I will never rent from uHaul again. This is a serious financial blow that I was not expecting and the company should be ashamed of such a deliberately deceiving practice. I, of course, expected some fees, charges, etc. But I drove 20 total miles and paid $100 more than the listed price? Disgusting.

Worker showed up late. Agreed on the contract that I would have the truck for two days at no extra charge on the contract. He never updated the system to reflect that. I then had to play middle man and get the pick-up/drop-off locations to agree to waive the extra day charge. Also, the UHaul site itself is poor. It allows you to put however many days you need to rent a truck for but then when you show up it reflects one day. I would doubt further use of UHaul as most customer representatives I spoke too were not helpful.
