Have someplace to set my phone so I could use the gps. No matter where I set it it fell.over (cup holders, in front of speedometer. The truck rode really rough).

Ron MEvidently, someone alerted them that a U-Haul Truck was parked at this U-Haul Location, so they showed up a little more than an hour early to take care of me. Couldn't have been more pleased.
John DMaintain the truck. Do a better job on preventive maintenance. I should be compensated for gas I had to buy . I told the attendant at the return site it had problems, he didn't seem to care !

john bYour representative was very kind. There was a little bit oof a problem with the computer and my license but he very calmly continued and worked everything out. It's nice to have access to a rental facility locally. If the need arises in the future I will use the same facility.
Merrie HReplace the old and rotting Pods. When I arrived, the staff at U-Haul had to find a bit to remove the square head screw holding the Pod door closed. The wood was in such bad shape, 2 braces had to be screwed into the pod door to keep it closed properly, so it took 20 minutes to get into my pod. For the price these boxes should be in better repair.
Adam HThe U-Box container was in terrible shape. After I locked it, and it was removed from my property, U-haul had to screw 2 braces into the door and jam to keep it shut, which then had to be removed by the representative in Trinity. Then main Item I was shipping was damaged, but everything arrived earlier than promised.
Adam HI ordered packing blankets and they were not included. Since it was an after hours pick-up I had to submit a photo and note it when I picked it up. I have heard nothing back from u-haul about reimbursement. Now I have to spend more time trying to figure out how to get my money back.

WAYNE BThe rep was friendly and the trailer was delivered on-time and as promised. No issues with that at all. The facility could definitely use some improvement. It was very hot inside with no air circulation. It didn't look very secure. All of our goods were fine, but it just doesn't leave you with a warm and fuzzy when you are dropping your trailer off. We would use again. As stated, all was good and delivered as promised.
Heather CGreat place to rent from. The staff was very nice and helpful. Hooked the trailer up for me and were still there when I brought it back later in the evening and unhooked it. Definitely a five-star location.

Annette RI understand the size of the pods with the trailers but it would be nice to have to options for a pod that fits a whole double trailer. I couldn't fit any of my couches and had to sell them cheaply last minute.
