There was an error on the fuel level at time of pick-up, which I am working to resolve. There was only 1/2 tank of gas in the vehicle, but paperwork indicated Full tank of gas. I called the Pantops location and they confirmed I should refuel to 1/2 tank prior to return. Final bill included a refueling charge, which is incorrect. I also took a photo of the fuel level and ODOMOTER reading to confirm. I hope this is resolved quickly.CHRISTOPHERKENT S.

Thankful for this location, as our reservation at another location could not be honored due to equipment reserved a month prior not being available. Pak N Mail had the vehicle we needed, had awesome staff, and was in a great location. As a result, we moved a future rental to this location.MATTHEWLENARD B.

The cargo van was not clean. We cleaned out the back before we used it. There was a fair amount of animal fur on the front passenger seat, which didn't bother me...but could be an issue for someone who is allergic. All other aspects of the experience were very good.CARRIELYNNETTE C.

charged 171,25 for less than 4,5 hrs use and a cleaning fee, in which the Uhaul was not dirty when returned. I was told it was no problem if after 2:15 pm, to drop the key off in drop box. called to complain and spoke to someone who would check into it and get back to me and haven't heard back.Deborah L.

The pickup went fine. No where did they say the dropoff was at a different location, in fact I asked the person at the pickup where the key drop off was. After a hard day of moving, we drove to Pack n Mail to drop the truck off, I click the drop off link and it says to drop off at a different location. This is the first time it was ever noted the drop off was different. We were picking up take out after we dropped it off, so I wasted 45 min of my time, plus our take out got cold due to the change. I actually want my money backâ€" as far as I am concerned, u-haul breached the contract and wasted an hour of my time and ruined 150 $worth of take out food.Paul P.

The ladies in the office were friendly but the uhaul itself was in poor shape and after reviewing the final bill, I am hugely disappointed. 1) there was a crack in the windshield 2) the mileage has to be wrong as I only drove to exit 136 and returned back to my home off exit 124 (picked up a treadmill). 3) I would dispute the mileage because I always take photos of the dashboard before driving one. Unfortunately, I was unable to see the dashboard due to â€œlow tire pressureâ€ alert was on in place of digital odometer. I do have a photo of this. I have no idea how they got the mileage amount they have. 4) i contacted the ladies that assisted me by phone about the alert and they said â€œit was fineâ€. If it was fine, an alert wouldn't be on. That is dangerous. 5) the drivers side visor is damaged and kept falling down, which could cause a hazard. 6) I had the truck for a few hours and somehow it cost 169 $- when I was told it would be 67 $. I had a local rental for 24 hours and whole process from start to end was professional. Especially liked being met as I parked the truck in the parking lot in front of the store when returning. Gentleman met me at the truck, I handed over the keys and was on my way. He took care of the close out.Robert S.
This was super fast and easy. The only thing that I would recommend as a change is to let people know ahead of time the second identification needs (either a passport or having a friend's contact). I didn't know this was going to be needed, and I had to go through a couple of friends before one actually answered their phones.
