The only issue (not a location issue) was the 3 voltage outlets in the truck did not work, the fuse must be blownROBERT R.

I rent the truck and include dollys and other moving tools like pads on my reservation, I should not call but as precaution I did it 2 days before my moving day and I find out they don't have dolly's so why you offer something you don't have? . Since it was already included in my order they charge for it so now I'm waiting to fix that issue because there is no way I pay for something I didn't get! I get the dollys from Homedepotâ€¦ for me what is worse is that the moving they if I didn't call in advance I would find the truck without moving tools !! Thanks god I calledrodrigo Q.

Customer service reps who call the day before to confirm need ALOT more education on customer service. Very rude and unwilling to assist with finding alternates solutions to situations that arise. Also difficult to understand due to poor English. Which if customer service is being conducted via phone clear articulate English should be spoken.Christine R.

The truck I rented was not clean, when it is empty (no load) it vibrates and moves sideways a lot. When it's loaded it doesn't feel bad. The attention in the store is first class.MAX C.

Booked my reservation at sunshine self storage in Miramar, and completed an online check in prior which stated I would go to sunshine self storage. When I arrived at sunshine self storage I was told that the location did not have uhauls, despite me having reserved a truck at that location. I went to check online and my reservation said to go to sunshine self storage, and after reloading the page twice then it said to go to pack n ship, which is completely out of the way. So I wasted many miles having to drive over to this other location, and am still beyond confused as to how I was able to book a reservation at a location that does not have uhauls. I also reserved furniture pads and never received them. Safe to say I absolutely will not be using uhaul again.Kasandra T.

I honestly got bad service. Everything was bad about the truck I got. For starters, it kept shaking. It also, had bad brakes and I do not recommend anyone to get a Uhaul. It was absolutely the worst truck I've ever drove. You guys should hire mechanics to fix the truck.CHRISLANDE G.

I went to first u haul on Sheridan the person was great. She found a 10 ft truck at Miramar and reserved it for me. The stores rented from was great. The link on my cell phone wouldn't work for the drop off. Had to call the 1-800 number and talked to 3 people before getting the help needed to drop off.ROBERT S.
The initial local where i reserved the uhaul did not have the uhaul when I arrived. I ended up call the 1800 number to get assistance and I was sent to another, larger uhaul location. They had they truck I needed but not the tow dolly. Once again, I had to drive to another location, this time with the truck, to get the tow dolly attached. Overall, my experience with uhaul was not favorable and I will consider another moving company in the future.Noel B.

Returning after hours is a total disaster! The system could not recognize my location from my phone, nor from my wife's cell phone, both cell phones had the locator enabled. I had to return the next day and it didn't work either ... it was a mess !!!carlos A.
