I returned the trailer on time and followed the instructions of uhaul rep, but I was charged an extra day for the rental. I've attempted to contact the rental place but they will not answer or call me back. I expect to be refunded for this overcharge.

brenda H.I reserved my rental almost a week prior. Couple days before I was called and my sized uhual wasn't available at the location….I had to go farther away. After arriving I was told they didn't carry dolly's then I had to waste the uhual gas and extra mileage driving to other locations to find out. When I called uhual the lady was VERY VERY RUDE and put me on an extreme long hold. I finally hung up and found a dolly. Disappointing because I've used uhual several times.

Pam H.After regular business hours the local number rolls over to the 800 number. I could not get help using the app, chat, or telephone. Increasing/improving communication between customers and uhaul would improve the customer experience.

When I signed up online I selected 700 Line St. Waco, TX as my preferred drop off location, but the app changed it to Goodman's Car Wash 9024 Franklin. Because I was not familiar with this business, I drove Franklin Ave as my route and there wasn't a business with this name and no trucks on the lot. After arriving home and unloading, I phoned Uhaul and stated that there were no trucks or anything that indicated this was a Uhaul facility. The customer service rep stated that and was was assured that Goodman's was a third party affiliate and there may not be any trucks there, but I would find a lockbox. Friday morning I go to 9024 Franklin and was approached by the new owner who stated he would not be operating for at least three weeks and I would need to find another location to return the truck. I return home and phone Uhaul and after waiting on hold I phoned the location on Linn St. L, no one answered the phone and the voicemail stated the mailbox was full and disconnected. In the meantime I'm still on hold and when was again told that the location was correct, I explained again, transferred and given 1000 W Waco Dr. as the new location. Now I am not upset, but angry. I go to the Waco Dr. location explained what occurred which caused me to be late and was told that the car wash closed over three weeks. I was treated with kindness and not charged any late fees.
Victoria M.I am super annoyed. We dropped off the truck a day early and got charged $45 for a car wash after we cleaned the truck ourselves. It's disgusting that we were charged so much money for nothing! The truck was old and had trouble with the hills.

April G.I had made a reservation over 2 weeks before I needed my U-Haul. I selected that I wanted to get my truck from an employee instead of using the app. I get to pack and sign, and they have a sign on their door saying that they have been closed for a few days and they will remain closed for a few more days due to unforeseen circumstances. Having to be closed is somewhat understandable, however, they did not even call to tell me that and I was unable to get my truck and furniture dolly that I requested in my original reservation because there was no way to pick up the truck via my phone because the reservation was for in person pickup. So I had to make a new reservation on my phone for a new truck, no furniture dolly. This was incredibly inconvenient and unprofessional. They very easily could've called me or sent an email and told me that they were planning on being shut and that they switched my reservation to mobile instead of not doing anything. They put me over an hour behind my moving schedule.

Returning the trailer wasn't super pleasant due to a bit of an aggressive attitude on the part of the attendant. He turned out to be right, and I'll readily admit I was not especially happy about the checkout price, but a little kindness and attention to my concern would have worked much better than being a touch pushy with me. Not horrible, just not very pleasant…

Robert O.I will be contacting customer service for a refund of the gas cost i put into returning the truck at full! I have photo proof that after driving only 14 mile in total the tank was at half! We realized only when we got to the first destination directly from the uhaul pickup location that it was at half a tank of gas not a full tank! And me not wanting to get into trouble for returning it at half a tank i filled it up but i expect that amount to be refunded! That was unacceptable and i had never experienced that before and the gentleman never gave me any kind of paper with my rental info all on it just did some stuff with an app and left it at that!

Shelia T.The price I was quoted was with expected 10miles came to $71,17 and 0,99 cents per mile over. I went a total of 13 miles and I have pictures to show this. Instead of the additional 0,99cents per additional mile I see a charge on my CC for $23.27. I need to know why am I being charged additional $23,27 on top of $71,17??? I do not recommend this place for one because the truck was ragged. When I turned it made a loud clicking noise and I had to turn the wheel very fast to get it to turn the right direction. I have drove Uhaul in the past and had a clean and good running truck with no problems but this location I definitely will not visit again. I would rather find a friend with a truck.
