Anne BThis location was great. I had a previous reservation at another location. 2 miles from my home and place I was moving to. I got to my reservation and they did not have a working vehicle for me. I then had to drive 8 miles to pick up the vehicle which I was charged for. I think I should've been notified prior and compensated for the miles I had to pay for.
Joe Wto start this conversation I want to make it clear that the location where I picked up my trailer and the location where I dropped off my trailer where great people. My gripe is military personnel have used Uhaul for many, many, many years. When i ask the a military discount I was told at both the beginning and end of my trip, that their computer programs were not set up to give discounts. SHAME ON YOU, UHAUL. I am hugely disappointed in this organization. Then when I find out the cost of my trip, going eastward, I get my 2nd slap in the face. The cost is determined by what direction Im taking the Uhaul. REALLY people ! Unbelieveable how you rip off people.
ANGELA BVery disappointed on the fees and no U haul discount to return back to the location, I guess it's a miscommunication when I went through the U haul website to get places to rent from, I did not know this place owns their own equipment. Process to go through to return the van was time consuming. I won't rent again

Loren KMake sure when someone makes a res. You have the equipment . I reserved a 4x8 trailer and ended up with a 6x12. Way to much for my little Jeep. But I had no choice!!

Mark RThis was the second site we had to go to get a truck. We were pleased with how they worked with us. The first location, MAC's in Bismarck, did not have our 26 ft truck, which had been reserved, and had rented it out to someone else. Due to circumstances beyond our control, bad weather, we had to reschedule twice in two weeks. There were no 26 ft trucks in the area and had to rent a 15 truck from the above facility and had to make two trips instead of one. Very time-consuming and aggravating. Got a very late start on Saturday, resulting in getting back early morning, resulting in packing the truck again until 1:30 in the morning. Packing was finished early afternoon and arrived late afternoon at final destination. What should have been finished in one day, resulted in a two-day marathon. Very exasperating experience for all involved. Except for working with the above facility, it was not a good experience!
Arta LThe stated size of the truck was misleading. It was advertised as a 15' truck, and the web site lists the truck's interior dimensions as 15' x 7'8" x 7'2", but the real length of the cargo space that is 7'2" high is 12'5". I even asked the person checking me in if the length from behind the cab to the end was 15', and he confirmed it was. This should be advertised as a 12' truck with a Mom's attic

Shane NU-haul gave me a truck that was unsafe/fire hazard. U-haul still wanted me to still drive this truck. I will be calling the DOT/Motor carries department on this matter.

Dennis FI would recommend putting jacks on your trailers to assist in putting the hitch on and and especially removing them from vehicles. I had an extremely difficult time taking the trailer from my vehicle and had to call and have someone help me. Luckily, I could get ahold of someone. Otherwise I would've had to take the trailer home with me because I couldn't remove it by myself. They are too heavy and not female user-friendly.
Andra MReturning the U-haul was quick and easy here but I got charged $35 for gas. When I picked up the truck it was a little under half a tank and I returned it at 3/8 tank. I think getting charged for a 1/16 of a tank difference is a little much especially considering I got charged over $6 a gallon

FRANKLIN WUhaul customer service is terrible. Called with an issue and instead of getting it resolved, the customer rep kept interrupting me and talking over me when she should have been listening to the problem. 100 % would not recommend any uhaul services to anyone in the future. I've spent close to $1000 with uhaul in the last week and a half, I refuse to be treated the way I was by customer service ever again. Done with this company
CHRISTOFER CMake a sign that shows your a uhaul business. I had no idea where it was located drove back and forth numerous times and I passed it everytime. It made me late ! I hope they dont charge me for being 6min late due to no advertising. You want your customers to see your place from blocks away so they can get into the lane to turn and not to be stressed out because they passed the place
