BENJAMIN MOffice hours are stated but no one is at the office at all times. There's a number on the door to call when you arrive. We were in a hurry and needed to drop off and leave ASAP but had to wait for staff to come in to office to be taken care of. Ridiculous!
Lisa BI was very pleased with the level of customer service at this location and the friendly staff. I was happy to see the pick-up truck at this location and it made carrying larger purchases very easy. They need this truck at this location it will be a great help to the community.
Valerie IThey did a customer complaint and tried to get me a credit for something I didn't want. I even took pictures of the total cost before I left CA, when I arrived in NM the charges were add. Then was told it couldn't be refunded because the trip was over.

Julie SOur drop off was good. We had to call to confirm they still did U-Haul turn ins because the paperwork showed no drop off. We were unsure if this location did when we set it up. But Regina answered the phone and said they would be glad to assist. Her son checked us back in and confirmed all was returned.

Quinton KPrepaid for express checkout. Location was closed, had to call number on door and wait 20 minutes for someone to show up. "Express" pickup took over an hour. Owner said they didn't see our reservation the night before, but reservation was made three days prior. Definitely will not use this location again.

LYNETTE GOur experience was great until we returned our trailer we paid a $60 deposit because we paid with cash. When we returned the trailer we waited over 2 hours then was sent to another location to return our trailer because they couldn't give us back our deposit.

EDWARD LThe lady waited for me to get there at 7:45. I cant tell you how much I appreciate that. This was the last Uhaul truck within 200 miles. If you ever need to rent a truck, I would recommend UHaul.

Leonel RThe wait was awfull I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to show and when he did show had no idea what to do after another 5o minutes he finally told us it was ok and we could go The next day the owner called and said I could be arrested because they had no record of my license or payment and would have to do NOW over the phone this is a terrible way to do buisness do yourself a favor and rent from someone else they may acuse you of stealing and treat you like a criminal beware

Sandra SWe live in Hobbs and made a reservation for the UHaul trailer at the store on Joe Harvey about 5 days before we needed it. We were amazed when our call to pick up the trailer was from Lovington. We thought the store in Hobbs should have picked up the trailer in Lovington so we could get it in Hobbs. We were upset with the service from Hobbs; however, the lady in Lubbock could not have been nicer.
