It's difficult to contact anyone at this location. The phone number on the website is incorrect. GPS directions take you to a different location. The true location is actually about 500' to 800' feet beyond that. The place isn't advertised on the billboards along with other retailers in the area.

Double charged for uhaul rental.
Philip LThe customer service lady (Sammy) wasn't helpful. They kept moving the pick up location around. When I had issues trying to work the app Sammy took her about contacting me by then about 25 minutes later she tried to contact me. Found the U-Haul app difficult to the point of want to use your competitor.
Ricky LThe check in process was a total train wreck. We ended up getting a phone number from a mechanic at the pick up location to the guy who rents the trucks. He gave me the code to open the key box once he verified payment had been made. I'll never do this again
AARON HDashboard lights didn't work. Should not be rented at night. Location said they were plans was not. Key to the truck in the wrong box and with the wrong code. Wasted over an hour of my time. Only had a quarter tank of fuel. Horrible experience.
frederick mI paid for a 2 wheel dolly and 10 pads which were not on the truck. This caused longer usage of the vehicle due to having to go get pass from another business. Very bad experience and poor customer service.

Mary R102 degrees outside and the truck AC did not work. Service Stabilitrak warning light was on the entire time. Truck felt like it had no shocks in the front end. Bounced and swayed over every bump.

Brandon DWhen we went to pick up the truck at the scheduled time, the 24/7 pick up service was not working, when it finally did the code they gave to to get to the keys of the truck was wrong. We had to wait over 30 min to get someone one the phone to get the correct code. Then when we finally got the key, the uhaul truck was dead and would t start. It took almost 2 hours to pick up the truck and when I called about this, we were assured compensation by a customer service agent named Omar, but we did not receive any compensation at all.
Justin LI dropped off back at my original location as when I signed up for the uhaul originally it was a pickup on golden triangle. They told me to go to the pickup address and the service I received was above and beyond and it felt like family. I didn't interact with anyone at the location listed second but I am sure they would have been nice as well

Jose RMobile check in is a terrible experience. I reserved 2 utility dollies, and there were none in the truck ! And because this was monile check-in there was no one to help. I had to look through other trucks onsite and found dolly. Only one. This slowed down my move time, and was a huge inconvenience. I plan to share this experience as much as I can on social media so others are aware of this bad service.
Ebony WI did my reservation online for a mobile pick-up/return. The utility dolly and furniture pads were not inside the truck and the store was closed. The only solution provided thru customer service was to pick the dolly and pads on another location, but the extra miles I had to drive were going to be charged. The truck had no gas cap and had the check engine light on. The app would not accept any of the photos I was requested to include at the return process. I tried over 30 times and the photos looked great to me. I have a new phone working great. I had no other choice but to use someone else smartphone. This is my first and last time using U-Haul.

When I called to change the date of pickup the person I spoke to wasn't very friendly, one of the people I spoke to regarding the issue with the link/text, didn't know what to do or how to help. I've used U-Haul in the past and this by far was the worse experience I've ever had.
Stephanie MThe service location and staff were knowledgeable and very friendly. The only issue I had was with the UHaul online site for inspection of the vehicle. It locked up several times and I was never able to complete the pre-drive out inspection report. I had to make a call to your customer service - there were a few dings not marked with the "X" that I was trying to upload photos.

BONNIE LUhual was having issues with their system and the personnel at the pickup location were unable to get in touch with Uhaul. I had the same experience with the 1-800 number. However, she walked me through the check out process on the phone app. Best to make sure you have signal and data to utilize the app in case you can't get in touch with Uhaul customer service. .

Ronald FI was supposed to get the truck at 8am Friday through the self check in experience. When I tried to do it, I kept receiving the message that I need to go through the presencial hand over, having to wait almost 1h to get the truck in the cold weather.
