Not happy that I did not get my deposit because I use cash .It had to be mail it to me and as of yet I have not received it. I don't think Customers should be penalized for using legal tender (cash).

Did not receive all of the equipment I paid for and staff were not able to help. I filed a dispute and my card was charged for the missing equipment anyway. UHaul customer service is never available and did not contact me after the dispute was filed with them. Avoid this location and UHaul in general!

Friendly service. I could see the employees smile even though they wore a face mask. They were very helpful at determining the size of the truck I needed. Super convenient neighborhood location.

The app checking does not work properly and we had some things charged that should not have been charged. Customer service took care of it and everything was fine.

I had issues with the mobile check in. The truck mileage was way off and the gas was too. The mobile check in wouldn't allow me to adjust it, so I had to spend a lot of extra time figuring all that out. I recommend just doing everything at an actual uhaul location versus the other pickup locations.

The equipment was in excellent condition and spotless\. No waiting in line to obtain a truck. I have used U Haul on many occasions but this facility has been the best!!!!

The check in process is way too long. Had issues with the mileage. The mileage that was in the system was incorrect. I had to call customer service to inform them of this and then when I went o return the truck they wanted to overcharge me for the miles. I had to call AGAIN so that they would not charge me an exuberant amount of money for mileage. This cut into my moving time.

They took a while to do the paperwork. They quoted me a different price. I called Mani three times to confirm the price which I was quoted 1,19 $ per mile and and 39,95 $ for the truck but when they did the paperwork with the Doug they charge me 312 $. I trusted them and sign the paperwork with the wrong price because I called him 3 Times and confirm the same rates of 1,19 $ per mile which they charge me almost 87 $more. Next day I talk to Jose also about this miss leading charges but he also did nothing for me. All three of them confirmed that we were given the rates of 1,19 $ still they charge me the flat fee of 312 $and they have no answer why they did it. They play games with customers and have zero knowledge about the system. Please don't trust their words and rates. I will never ever go at this location to rent the truck. They are cheaters.

Check the mileage!!! I was charged an extra 400 miles because they entered the wrong mileage.

They rent me a 20' feet truck for the same price for a smaller one, awesome. Nice people in there. Merci.
