I will never rent from this location again. People who works there specially the manager are very rude for no reason. Will never reccomend this place

Angela BI needed a u haul rental truck right away. This location took very good care of me on the spot. The entire process took less than 15 minutes. Plus they had many variety of different size vehicles ready to go. Their location is inside of a small convenience store with an ATM if needed. Plus a gas station right next door for the refueling of the vehicle if needed upon return. I took full advantage of all amenities listed above. Plus the staff and management are very nice/friendly/and very helpful people. I was highly impressed.

PHYLLIS SEmployee stated drop off U-Haul at U-Haul place. I arrived at 12 PM March 9 I rented at 2 PM March 8. I arrived at 12 PM and was told to leave key with employee I trusted they would put in the system that I Have arrived, but no, I was charged.
Nataly AHave the truck that was reserved actually at the place that it was reserved for. Have none wet clean pads, and the right number of pads.

Mario SI place my order in advance, i called before going and when I arrived there was no trailer. I had to go to Miami Gardens not only to pick it up but to return it also. The reservation was made from friday to monday they put the return for the same day. I am afraid of having the same problem again tomorrow. You need to treat the customers well.

OSCAR RThe office must be opened at 7:00 AM but the employee arrived at 7:30 and it was not friendly. The day before I was at 7:45 PM and the employee did not want to begin a reservation because she said that there was no time to get the trailer.

Lester WVThe Van I rented, had leftover materials from whoever used it last. Tiles, and red dirt (probably from bricks) everywhere. Luckily none of it got on the new couch I was moving, so that's a plus.

julio vI set outside for two hours waiting to get my rental truck. I was scheduled for a pick up at 5:30 am. I got there and don't have not access to the key box and when the store sale person came in I explain it to him and he told me we do not keep no keys. And the key box.
Tyrell GTruck was super dirty, fresh paint all over the cargo area. I had to clean it before using it. Mechanical conditions of the vehicle are horrible.

One of your male employees who sounded like he was from the middle east threatened to call the police and report the truck stolen when I put an extension on the 20ft uhaul i rented, he was very rude on the phone raising his voice at me. This will be the last time I rent from this location, very disgusting and unprofessional and I will make sure this gets noticed. Henry LThe agent did not want to rent to me because I had a DL from another state. I am a long-time UHAUL customer and do not believe travelers should be discriminated against for whatever reason.
