I scheduled a reservation at 1:15 pm at a different location. When I arrived at 1 pm, there was a note on the door , stating no one would be returning till 2 pm, due to "lunch". I had to call CS to find a new pick up location, putting me an hour behind. The new location was a hole in the wall, with only one person working and another much older woman sitting playing sudoku behind the employee only wall. The fact no one called to tell me I couldn't pick up my reservation at the designated time or a discount wasn't applied it extremely upsetting. The drop off location was 35 mins out of my way with 5 other locations much closer. The drop off, was scheduled for Sunday. But since they are closed on Sunday and only open 9-12 on Saturday, I was forced to return early.

Inside of the cab was nasty and sticky. The air conditioning button was broken off and I had to use pliers to turn the knob. My driver side door didn't close all the way.

The store was closed but it let me make the reservation still which was cool but when I got there the uhaul app an website messed up bad an nothing wanted to work to be able to get the Truck.

Stop charging people and not telling them what's it for. Also know how to work your equipment. She couldn't get the lock off 2 trucks. Took 45 minutes.

Owner of this location was extremely helpful when I had difficulty with the app, even though the location was technically closed for the day. I am sure that is the exception and not the rule, but it was a very nice thing to do and I was/am very appreciative.

Just be patient. The attendant is very helpful. Especially if you're having problems with mobile pick-up, they are willingly available to assist you. As long as I'm living in this area, I'll use this location for my u-hail needs.

The u-haul was 1 hour from my location. I was given extra miles and days for the inconvenience, which is fair, but I would have preferred not to have to travel so far to pick up the uhaul. Also when the truck was opened there was about 20-30 cockroaches inside of the uhaul, which was disgusting. I had to jump and start killing them. The lady handed me a broom and I was sweeping out cockroaches of the unit, this should not be something your customer has to deal with. Additionally I took it home and bought bug bombs to kill out any hidden cockroaches. This was an additional expense that I should not have had to deal with. This also messed with my timeline as it set me back half a day, and I had contractors waiting to work on the home I was moving out of.

The trucks were dirty and ours reaked of smoke. The person working there did not seam to understand how to dispatch trucks and the process took over half an hour cutting into our loading time.

The only issue I had was the vehicle had a really bad smell . We had to open the windows and crank the AC but other than that good experience

The lady was very nice but informed us that we could save almost $60 by changing our drop off location (From York to Clover). We Agreed to change the drop off location Of Clover and we signed the paper work but the paper work did not reflect the new drop off location and the lady said but to take it to the new location of Clover. On our drop off day my husband was about to leave to take the truck to Clover when a gentleman called from the York location asking where the truck was and that there had been no change but it was suppose to be delivered to him. So we took the truck to the York location. We did not get refunded for the discount that we agreed upon and we got charged a late fee. But my husband was late because we were informed to take it to a different location.

Not Panama Motors, but for U-Haul in general. We originally scheduled pickup from Climate Controlled Storage in Hinesville two months in advance and found out the day before pickup (by going there after no phone answer and a full voicemail box) that they were closed for a four day weekend, but somehow I was still able to reserve a time slot. I understand there's a 24 hour pickup option but please consider making it so you can schedule pickup times and dates by the locations set hours. We could have lost a ton of money, our new house, plane tickets, you name it- if the customer service rep was unable to direct us to a new location. Otherwise the rep on the phone and the woman assisting us at Panama Motors were both extremely pleasant and easy to work with.

Went to location on Friday to speak of the issues with the truck and No one available. Went again on Saturday and No one available again. I left the truck and turned in the keys. Tried to speak to someone again on Sunday no luck so called customer service..

Excellent customer service: patiently answered my questions regarding online truck pick up process and answered the phone after-hours when I had technical difficulties. Also, able to clarify for me the processes in Spanish which is my native language.

Location needs more equipment. I was expecting to get a furniture dolly and a regular dolly but was informed the location did not have those items along with others.

Changed me for another 24 hour rental when I was 30 min late and I called ahead of time, then when I tryed to call I kept getting forwarded to voicemail.
